They gave no notice that they were closing their business down. I was only a patient of theirs for a month. I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment with their provider Michael Schreckengost, but was told that he no longer works with the facility. Had no clue regarding this, no text or call. Furthermore, they let me know at that moment that the office will be closing in January. This amazed me as I just received a call a week prior to go over my lab results but did not hear anything about this. Another family member of mine was also not alerted regarding this. F these Jokers! I went to their address that is advertised 9065 South Pecos road, only to find out that my appointment was at another location at 880 seven hills road. Because of this I was going to be 15 minutes late to my appointment, so they told me that I would have to reschedule. I had taken off time from work for this appointment and could not afford to reschedule. Doctors make you wait for your appointment by 30 minutes all the time, and yet you're 15 minutes late and they refuse to see you!? What a joke! read more

I love this office, staff, and JOYCE DAMIANO! I have been coming here for years. I was originally seeing Carmelita Payos but she has left and felt uncertain if I was going to keep coming here. UNTIL I met PA Joyce, she's absolutely amazing and I felt like I found my perfect primary care doctor. Joyce listened to ALL my concerns, didn't rush me, ordered all necessary tests / exams, and never made me feel like she was turning me away or "referring me out." She made sure to get my follow-up set within a reasonable time (to go over all said tests and exams.) She even conveniently gave me the option to do a video chat with her to review it! Always loved this office and staff, but Joyce is the cherry on top. I never leave reviews, but I am truly happy being a patient at this facility. Thank you again Joyce, and team! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Deokchol Parish, NP is not a doctor you EVER want to see. She refuses to fill out any paperwork, passes everything on to specialists even though specialists tell you that you need to have these things done by primary care physicians, and refuses to check your chart. Any time we have been seen by her, she doesn't listen to what it is you're actually saying and doesn't ever even try to help. This place used to be amazing but now everyone seems to just care about business and not your actual patient care. Even the receptionists are unprofessional and never know if orders have been sent and will have you do the work of calling to check when it's literally their job to do that. Wish I didn't have to leave a bad review but I want to warn people that they will NOT be taken care of if they have her as a doctor. read more

Dr Karamanides is the WORST Dr I've came upon. She has cancelled my appointments on me THREE straight times with weeks in between each appointment. The last cancellation came just 25 minutes prior to my 7am appointment. I had adjusted my work day for the appointment which was made weeks before. There was another time that I had a 4pm appointment with her; I checked in at 3:50. At 4:30 I was told she's running behind and will be another hour before I can be seen. By far the P3 best medical group l have been seeing Dr Payos for around 20 years. When she left the group for P3 they didn't take my insurance l was devastated l tried other Dr's none of them compared to her level of service. One day l got a phone call from P3 almost 2 years advising me they now take my insurance l made an appointment right l was surprised that they kept my name and phone number. Dr Payos is a very compassionate Dr. she always takes the time to listen to you and explains everything fully so you can understand it. Dr. K. is an amazing physician. She is caring and takes time with her patients, very knowledgeable, and will make sure that her patients are well assessed and taken care of. The wait times are not bad at all, unseen to be honest when compared to other Dr's offices. For me, it ranges from 5 to 20 minutes, of course, there may be exceptions. Karisa Son, NP-C is very thorough when giving exams. I have the highest confidence in the diagnosis she gives and the prognosis she provides. I know she listens to me and together we manage my health. This is not only important when I'm well but even more so when I'm sick. I previously wrote a review about not being contacted about a cancelled appointment. It was not the company's fault as they left a voicemail. I didn't receive it until a day later due to an issue with my phone provider. It wasn't their fault. I had my rescheduled appointment today and had a great experience with the staff and Karisa Son. The worst place ever. Do not recommend at all. When you call, you're forwarded to a call center who thinks they have authority to give information they know nothing on. I came to this office and they promised to send my labs to my doctor. That they would do whatever it took so that there were no delays. I called so many times to make sure the papers were sent in and they called after I begged so many times for them to please call me back and confirm. At the end, it was a FALSE confirmation. They lied. My doctor didn't receive anything and I can't get a refund. WORST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND WORST CALL CENTER. Upper management should check on their employees. Because it effects the entire company. I give it a one because some people tried to help me but some were liars and some just trying to divert and defuse the situation. Which is their job but lying :/ So sad. I do think the office staffs are great and kind but as a professional medical establishment things should have been done as and when promised. Hopefully this feedback will better their protocols and ethics. Speaking of ethics, there will be people at call center who will laugh and smart mouth you. I'm pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff is at this location. I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The entire staff was friendly and the office was very clean. I saw PA Bonds and she really took her time to address each concern I brought up and addressed it in a way that was easy to understand. It was nice to see a staff that seemed to enjoy being there and working so well together. read more

I had the most pleasant experience with Karisa Son, NP-C! She is so knowledgeable and caring, and really seems like she loves what she does. I feel very fortunate to have chosen her as my PCP. Went to Dr. Payos for my initial visit, referrals etc today. I can't believe how professional and caring she is, unlike my previous doctor! She listened to ALL my concerns and answered all my questions. The staff (Stephanie, Diana and Julio) were all super nice as well. When you walk in, the women at the front desk are beyond friendly, and welcome you, which makes all the difference in the world, when you're new to a practice. She was very concerned on getting me the right appointments to find out the reasons for my problems. Reeeeeally tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt the first time I went... but after 2 times of doing the same thing and not really acknowledging it... I have to say something. Initial visit was in September, got there 30 mins early (as asked to fill out paperwork that only took 10 mins to complete) just to be told that the doctor was running behind by 45 minutes. I feel like a delay of that magnitude should have been communicated- I got there at 3:30, a call could have easily been made prior to my arrival. Again, I didn't even bring up the extensive wait at that visit... fast forward to today, 10/19- I had another 4pm appointment but this time, instinctually felt the need to call ahead of time and guess what? I was told the doctor was delayed by 45 minutes... again. I asked if this is a normal thing for them... always being so behind... just not sure how that's even ok with you guys.... I was even more upset at the fact that no one would've even bothered to communicate this to me (again) had I not called them 30 minutes prior to my appointment.
