I scheduled a time to tan, they did not honor that time and let someone cut ahead of me. I asked for 4 minutes when I got in to put my lotion on and instead the lights came on right away and the I only got 4 minutes in the lights. They made me waste my day off. And instead of apologizing for their stupidity they just kept saying they did everything right.

4/5 I've been going here for about a week now and my initial…read morejudgements are that while this is a good place to get a workout in -- and for a fair price too -- it's not the place to shower. The men's locker room/shower clearly doesn't get cleaned often. There are even drain flies to go with the grimy floor. The gym itself is quite clean; folks are good about wiping down machines and I've seen the staff mopping the treadmills. But the showers? Not so much. Otherwise, there are plenty of machines and free weights to get a workout in; even if the crowds (which aren't too bad) preclude one exercise, there's probably a machine available to do the same thing. 4/5
