If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.

This year I decided to go local hoping the flowers would be more fresh, last, and actually come as arrangements in a vase. Versus when I've ordered them from the website they package the flowers in a bundle for you to figure out how to put them in the vase yourself. It just is not wirth the pricing, additional cost of the vase, the delivery fee etc. I could not be happier with the quality from Floral Loft. The pricing and delivery fee was more reasonable than the big websites. I ordered online and when I saw the metallic rose gold roses I knew my sister would love those. I've never seen a real floral arrangement where flowers were colored or painted like that, so unique and beautiful. The way they were wrapped and arranged was elegant even not being in a vase. Online there's also roses with glitter of different colors too which also look pretty and something I've never seen a florist do. My mom loves purple and sunflowers so she got the arrangement of sunflowers. Both ladies were very pleased and loved their flowers on Mother's day and said their flowers lasted for longer than the big website arrangements. I love the style of how the floral arrangements are arranged by the florist at this business too. It's very modern, elegant, and beautiful. I'll definitely be using this florist again in the future to send flowers.
