    Nothing but praise and compliments. Hidden under the name of William Paul Floral Design is the flower shoppe staple of the days gone by. I can't compliment the level of personal service (Debra) is willing to offer. I ordered what I thought would be great for my 94 year old grandmother. She called and had reservations about the weight of what I had ordered. She offered two separate arrangements that would be easier to carry in from the porch if delivered while grandma was home. This was thoughtfull. I agreed and she went to work. She sent me pictures of her designs and sent them on their way. Done like the old days. Who does this anymore? Thank you, Debra.

    I generally don't like giving negative reviews. That said, I've had a horrible experience with Spencer and Crystal at William Paul Floral. My daughter's wedding was back in October of 2022. (The woman that helped us before the wedding was great but is no longer there.) It has now been almost 2 1/2 months with no reply back but I keep on calling. The pictures below show what I got from them the day of the wedding and then the other one is what I showed them I wanted. The candles are all mine. It was $65.00 per table and there were 22 tables. There are half the flowers than I thought would be in the cheap plastic bowl that is shown below. You shouldn't have even seen the bowl - it was tacky looking. My stomach sunk when I walked into the reception room and saw them. I spoke with Crystal and she agreed and said, yes, they do look bad and that I would be getting half my money back but that she would have to speak with the owner. After that conversation, I heard nothing. So I called four more times and spoke with Spencer each time, who never told me, by the way, that he was the owner. When I did find out he was the owner and I called, he said, "It's up to Crystal to pay you." I said on my last call, "You are the owner. Don't you make those decisions?" He told me no, email Crystal and that it was up to her. But, of course, I haven't heard back from either one after emailing and leaving a voicemail and text message, nor have they EVER called me back when I've called inquiring, which has been since last November. Spencer has been totally unprofessional as the company owner for not taking responsibility for their mistake.

    What I ordered

    I ordered the arrangement listed on their website as Cinderella, deluxe. This is their description "This arrangement features luxe blooms in shades of pink, white and red. This design is styled in a galvanized tin vase. Ranunculus, Roses, Succulents and more steal the show in this custom bouquet." What they delivered was orange roses, with a few pink tulips in a wooden box. The flowers were wrong, the container was wrong. the colors were wrong, where are the advertised succulents? The arrangement looked like it was done by a child. I've seen much prettier arrangements at the super market that did not cost anything close to the $127.00 I paid. I was so embarrassed that the recipient thought that I would send such a cheap looking arrangement. This is totally bate and switch, I'm planning on taking them to small claims court so that they get their act together and this does not happen to anyone else. I find it hard to believe they have been able to stay in business.

    I had a poor experience with a delivery from the San Rafael store. What I ordered was a far cry from what was delivered. I was very disappointed. See photos. But, alas, I got a lovely call from Krystal from the Sacramento store, who wanted to go out of her way to make things right. She was so professional with amazing customer service. Can't speak highly enough of Krystal. She gave me a range of options to try to negate my poor experience, including a full refund if that was my preferred option. Thanks Krystal. My 2 star review is now a 5.

    My boyfriend gave me a bouquet (see photo) from this place and it's the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from this florist in the future.

    Magnificent! I asked for an arrangement for a pool table converted to dining table for the holiday. The flower selection, colors and artistry was beyond my expectation! Thank you for the amazing service and I will be back

    I had a pleasure to work with Karen during my beloved Grandmother's ceremony at Mount Vernon Cemetery. She went absolutely above and beyond to help my Dad and I to pick the flowers that my Grandma loved. Due to the season obviously some flowers were not available but she substitute them with other gorgeous alternatives. Karen gave me a call to update me with current flower availabilities and she made sure I feel ok, which she didn't have to. Thank you Karen and The Flower Shop for the lovely service during this hard moments and be there for my family.

    Incredible customer service and a beautiful arrangement to match. Krystal was so helpful in making sure the perfect bouquet was delivered for my mother-in-law's birthday. Efficient and friendly, highly recommend!

I asked for them to deliver the flowers anytime *after* 3pm per the note that I wrote in prior…read moreto making the online purchase for delivery today (4/1/26) -- instead, I got an email from them at 3:33pm today stating that it finally got delivered... but on the email they sent said it was delivered at 12pm. If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.

She went above and beyond by helping oversee set up of the centerpieces as well as other decorations I had planned.. All she wanted was some helpers and she took charge and made it beautiful. She was willing to help me make my vision happen while still working within my budget. My favorite thing of all....she decorated the arch we used in the ceremony and then later for our "photo booth" and it was absolutely amazing. I kept sneaking glances at it during my ceremony!! :) The bouquets and corsages were big and gorgeous, and the centerpieces were perfect. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know who needs a florist for any occasion. I can't even thank her enough, and I probably will name my first born after her...she was that amazing! She was always so helpful in helping a undecided bride make choices. Very willing to meet when needed to iron out details. And her day of support was beyond expectations. She made trips to all our venues to make sure they looked beautiful. I really can't say enough about how much she did for us. You get way more than just a florist with her. I don't know how you can get such amazing flowers for a great price without her help. Our flowers were such a beautiful pop of color in our summer wedding that we got compliments about all day. Do yourself a favor and use Melissa! You won't be disappointed.
