As you are reading this you may think this sounds crazy. this is why I drive three hours. I deal with flooring stores from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and by far Osborn's is one of the best when it comes purchasing. They have perfected purchasing high quantities of higher quality flooring for really low and below market prices. When they turn around and resell the flooring they do not mark it up to what they could get. I see them sell flooring for a fraction of what the same flooring would sell in Chicago or Indianapolis. Literately the same hardwood priced at 5.50 per ft I know that sells in stores for 8.50 per ft. I even have their counter tops in my lake house. I will get pictures attached eventually.

This winter (2021) I was still having problems and called for service again. They determined that I needed a new remote receiver which they installed. The repairman was not at my home for 15 minutes and I was charged $400 for service call and new remote receiver. Unfortunately, my fireplace is still malfunctioning, so I called another company for service. When dismantling the fireplace, they found the starter, panels and logs were not reinstalled properly in 2020 which was causing the fireplace to malfunction again. I am so disappointed to have been "duped" because I am a senior citizen. I found them to be dishonest in their repairs and in their charges. Poor management and supervision towards the end of the project resulted in significant cost overruns that couldn't be adequately explained. Changes were not adequately communicated during the project and subsequent billings were not adequately supported. Ownership was very reluctant to assume any responsibility, instead blaming overages on "creative changes". He pretty much threw everyone connected to the homeowner under the proverbial bus. Changes recommended as "creative ideas" turned out to be difficult for Bunch to manage effectively. We initially stated that we needed the project finished in July of 2012--it wasn't finished until mid-September and then only because we exerted significant pressure. In short, if you hire them make sure you have a firm budget and require detailed billing or you'll have no idea what you're paying for. In fact, you're probably best off to consider him only for small jobs. In retrospect the size and complexity of this project seemed to exceed the capabilities of Bunch Nurseries.
