He marked everything from water heat not getting very hot, doors not shutting properly, to the gas shut off being in the furnace and how the roof is not in best shape. He provides over view of the whole report, breaks it done into sections with review of each section, and a description of each thing found. He includes pictures with a description on each picture. I highly recommend Ron for home inspections. He will get you in as soon as he can if you ask.

They have a nice swimming pool, tennis courts and a small gym. The apartment surroundings and parking are clean and well maintained. They have few apartments with garage. Office has fresh baked cookies available, which are delicious, one of my favorites when I visit the rental office. They have DVDs to rent too, I think they are free. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. It is decent sized with a nice view to the heritage trail that runs behind my house. Yes they have a trail that is behind the apt and is a great place for running and biking. Heating is not great in this place from my experience. I heard the same issue from other tenants too. The bedroom heating is bad though it is centralized. The service guys checked and said its same temperature through out the house, but I doubt it. Other than that this is a decent place to live in Terre Haute. Best part was when I was out of town, I had power shut down from my energy company and it was winter. The emergency service guy was very helpful, he got an extension wire and a mobile heater and hooked up power from the garage for that night in no time. Prompt and efficient service. I called the company and despite me being 62 years old, on crutches with a torn Achilles' tendon, I had to hobble into a chair to push a button on the ceiling mounted device, remove the sensor and replace batteries that were not defective only to be told they would send a new device as mine was defective. I had no idea. How would I know if the new device is working?? I'm done. This is ridiculous. Don't even ask them about their video doorbell! Talk about a rip-off. Run from this company. It's been more than three weeks. I've called two times since my first review. My first two requests for operational equipment were not fulfilled. The tech today said no order was ever placed for new equiI pay for a system every month and I have no idea if any of it works. I called again today, and according to the system the part was never ordered either time I have called in the last few weeks. Supposedly, they are going to overnight me the smoke sensor. Then I will get to climb up on a ladder again with my torn Achilles tendon and replace it by myself. They are going to credit me my monthly fee, and give me a discount on the next month. I do not trust this company. I would not recommend them to anyone after this fiasco. There are much more reputable companies to deal with. Run! Update, it's now December. I called to cancel my service because I'm having another company install their system. They told me I would have to send an email and it would take 30 days for the deactivation to occur. Both of these experiences have been miserable. Their sales team is great and friendly however they oversell on the quality of their product and craftsmanship. All in all you need home solutions is not a renovation company you want to work with unless you want to overpay and wait months and months for service.
