They picked up the new one, installed it and hauled away the old one in less than two hours. They even re-plumbed the supply to the new heater and replaced some bad pipes I had not even noticed. They even came back out to blow out sink and shower lines that got blocked with 100 years of pipe sediment. Our house is 125 years old, but they knew how to handle it. We were concerned about our furnace in a new house. I did electrical work when I was younger and could never imagine speaking to a customer this way. I understand that the winter had been rough and you didn't want to be out in it but as a customer I was requesting service, paying for said service and answers. I'm sorry but sounds to me like customer service and speaking with tact was not something that was taught.
