The ottoman ripped and collapsed on itself. The rip isn't covered because it was on the platform? The frame isn't even covered for damage, the corner piece is made so poorly the platform is stretching the fabric causing it to sag. This isn't normal wear and tear! We don't use it often, and our animals aren't allowed on it, the fabric is pilling just from normal vacuuming. Our cheap sams club leather couches held up soooooo much better and our dogs were allowed on them! Save your money and the headache!!
