Yep, tire flat. So I jump online to figure out what time this bike shop opens, 11AM. I call in case they do a seasonal shutdown and they confirm they are open for business. We are promptly served, about 5 folks working upfront. We are in/out within 30 minutes with a new tire tube installed plus some advice on future service I will need after I request an inspection for other defects. So I suspect I'll take my bike back at the end of this riding season or early Spring 2025. Their inventory is awesome. There was a customized none-motorized bike upfront waiting for pickup that cost $8K. Mine blowing! They have lots of e-bike too. They have lots of bikes, period. They have a small 2 seat waiting area with coffee service. I bought my bike from them, many moons ago and she's still in pretty good shape(except from being dirty I was told with a smile). The recommended future service stuff is low cost routine maintenance type stuff IMO.

I was contacted after the original due date to inform me of the additional length of time. Once the repair was completed, I needed an adjustment to meet my original specs. This adjustment was performed while I waited, which I was happy about. Lastly, the final cost was about 20% higher than the estimate. No explanation offered. Overall, the shop is cool, nice inventory, nice location, plenty of accessories, cool staff and a competent repair shop. Hours of operation are from 12-5 from M-Sat which doesn't fit a normal customer's work schedule at all. I had to either take off work or plan a Saturday around this repair. But having said that, I'm sure management has a good reason for these hours of operation.

The gentleman who helped me was very kind. We didn't even buy our bikes here and he was willing to help. He even came outside to make sure I had put the bike rack on my SUV correctly (I didn't). He reassembled it for me and put the bikes on the rack for me. Before I left he let me know that the bike with the catching wheel wasn't manufactured properly and was dangerous to ride. I told him I'd be back after our Jamaica trip to get an e-bike. We went out for a ride that day and my bike was scary as hell to ride. So I decided I'll be recycling it earlier rather than later. I was discussing with my mom and she surprised me by buying me an e-bike online. While it didn't come from Trek as I planned, I'm looking forward to bringing it in for them to assemble. I'm sure the price is reasonable but more importantly they actually care for your safety while you're riding and that says a lot about the character of the employees. Additional items for hoses, filter, frogger to be provided by leisure world along with labor and water were included in total quote. I was impressed by lead person Travis who knows pools and their construction. He showed great expertise in replacing this liner. I am a very happy customer and will enjoy the pool on Mothers day. They did earn some stars, charming crew, sales add-on were handled well, in general they were okay to work with, see that other review (harley324) that was while "in process" , it was like that until after "completion". The bad... They had an issue internally communicating the proper liner design (location of stairs) to the manufacturer. With the experience of over 20 or 30yrs I know they saw the issue when installing yet proceeded without saying anything. I am now left with a large white seam, pattern doesn't match, and separated bead on my pool wall that normally is hidden behind steps. The best I got is to quote Steve "it's not going to leak". What is irritating is now my liner warranty is void also, confirmed when I communicated to Latham directly. I had to notice it on my own, find out the root cause Hans and Steve didn't communicate or stay organized with their submittals. They currently have not moved forward with any remediation, hopefully this review will help before it escalates further. I built the waterfall myself since they didn't offer that service. Would have been 1 star if it hadn't of been for the cashier lady who was extremely kind. I dropped my John Deer lawn mower off to be looked at and because it was breaking belts the past 2-3 years, Ive had the tractor since 2014 and purchased it from here. I explained that something must be wrong that the belts are just snapping, that ever since the first belt broke that I haven't ben able to keep a belt on the mower. Sometimes it snaps and the last time it shredded, it got so hot that it like melted the belt. Maybe I did something wrong when I took the deck off to replace the first belt? I dropped it off on 08.16.23 lady told me someone would look at it and they would call me to let me know what is wrong and what it would cost, on 08.21.23 someone called and said your mower is ready for pickup. I explained know one called to let me know what is wrong and the price, what if I didn't want it fixed? She said well it's fixed and told me it is $156.83, I went the next day to pick it up. I paid for it and took the paper to the service area, the lady in the service area told me to go to the next building and someone would help me. I went in and Wes took my paperwork handed it back to me and we walked outside, I read the receipt that said they cut a bolt off. After Wes put the tractor on my trailer I tried to ask him about what was wrong why did they have to cut off bolts, he told me with an attitude like I was nothing him that he wasn't the mechanic that fixed it and that they him professional to do repairs so it should be fixed.. I thought to my self WHAT an ASS he must think he's to good for himself to try and help a customer out, this is great for business. I just don't understand why after 7 years that a bolt had to be cut off that was never an issue before, I cut grass and the belt gets extremely hot after cutting about 1/2 acre. I stop and let it cool and then cut more, Im afraid the belt is going to break again after getting so hot, I surely anti taking it back to Lusby. If any mechanic can't stop and help a customer out with questions I don't know why anyone would ever have service done there. I just sent my son up there a few weeks ago to purchase a zero turn now Im sorry I did that.

Then, I called as I had more questions about two different pieces of equipment that I was trying to choose between. He answered every single one of them without any hesitation. I then asked if it was ok to come by and test the equipment before making my final choice, and again that was not a problem to do so. Once arriving to the business, I was greeted with a smile from Wes's dad, and he escorted me to the back to finally meet Wes. Once I met Wes, he took me out to test some equipment, showing me how to operate it, as well as answering more questions. Then I made my decision, and went to pay for the equipment, the ladies at the front were absolutely awesome and had a great attitude and all smiles. I had my lawnmower delivered a few days later and the deliver driving was just as nice as the rest of the staff. Needless to say, I don't think that you can last 105 years, as a business by luck. Wes and his staff are top notch and that is no accident. They are great and they have future customer in me.
