He finally got out of the wash room, and she yelled at him and told him never to come back. We have been there several times and have never been treated like this. And let me also add you never know if someone may have a medical condition and your gonna treat your customers like this, very poor behavior on said employee.

I was able to find a cute brooch, a pearl necklace, a scarf and colorful beaded bib necklace for under $100. Parking is shared within a small strip mall and you'll need to ring the doorbell for entry. The owner Jules is a doll and greeted me at the entrance. She recognized that this was my first visit and she helped me navigate through the store. She also found expert sales associates to assist in finding particular items. You are given a small plastic dish to place items in and when you're ready to get rung up, take the dish to the counter and they will bag/box your items for you. I called the number on the door, and one of the owners was there in 10 minutes! I found a gorgeous antique menorah I will treasure. AFTER purchasing it and leaving the store, the owners texted me wonderful information they had researched about the piece without my even asking. The selection at Ravinia Books, Antiques Etc. is excellent but it's not as wonderful as the kindness and knowledge of the owners.
