You can't get any better service than her. It's got a reasonably good atmosphere. While slightly cramped, it's nothing you can't easily move around in. As for their product selection, it's pretty large. I felt like they covered all major holidays/events, with reasonable prices. My Mom and I went in about an hour before closing, and still got great service plus the products we needed. Overall, it's a small party store with the party supplies you need, and an employee who will raise your mood just from conversing with her.

I wanted the white because it looked light and happy. She's turning 75 and cooped up at home because of thr stay-at-home order. I called Lighter Than Air. He pointed out that it's on the website that colors may be substituted....and sure enough, it is. They didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't read all the way down to see that I needed to call if I wanted to be specific about color. My bad. He was very nice and offered, without me asking, to refund my money or send out different ballons. That was above and beyond what he needed to do and I very much appreciated it!!!
