Parking lot entrance has a beautiful traditional Chinese arch. Front of the mall stands a statue of "The Journey to the West" and the Monkey God... some cool history and story behind it. Read all about it on your own. This plaza has become a popular tourist destination with many visitors from around the world. Over the last few years, they have added some new businesses. I have offered my patronage and support to a good handful of businesses in the past. I didn't get a chance to drop by recently. I hope to do so the next time I'm in town. Will post photos later. Peach and strawberry scented items are strong and sweet. I'm a very satisfied customer. Cashier was very customer oriented and her friends were visiting her talking in Korean Hangul. Their store isn't huge, but you can find a few good quality products here. Inventory is low. Simple little store. Our ticket couldn't be read by the machine at the exit gate, and when we called support from the exit kiosk, they said in a rude tone, "If the exit gate isn't opening, you need to use a different exit." There was only one exit in the section of the garage we were in! We said that in response and the agent hung up. We called and received the same response a second time before we finally just hit "lost ticket" and paid the full rate, just so we could leave! Been to the Uncommons before and had a good time, but didn't have to deal with the incompetent and rude staff until today. We won't be back.

This kind of makes me wonder if people do a quick smash and grab and then jet through this exit into the darkness. They really need to delete that door altogether and beef up the security in this dark plaza. Police seem to go through here a lot which also makes one wonder about the safety situation.
