I recently sold a condo and the escrow was handled though this company. First off they would rather write hundreds of emails instead of just picking up the phone and asking what they want to know. I had to finally ask can I talk to the person who needs the info directly. Two minutes later I had the problem solved without this Concierge's help. Some of the fees in my escrow when up 125% from the estimate. When I asked why the huge increase. Concierge replied I never sent you a estimated closing cost sheet. I supplied the them with their own estimated closing cost sheet. Concierge repone was ohhh, ahhhh see on the bottom it says it's just an estimate. I followed up are all these fees required by law? Concierge refused to answer. Use this company at your own risk and be diligent on making sure they are not overcharging you. I hope the investigation hits them with a huge fine or forces them to close down. This is not how you treat people and keep a business running

Fortunately, a coworker of mine at the time recommended Alexis, actually raved about her. First of all, Alexis was uber professional. She didn't bash the other agents, but instead gave me some great advice and insight on the real estate market, pricing and ways to market the property. Alexis always returned my calls, showed up on time, and took control of the situation. Without going into detail, Alexis saved me about $7k-$10k due to her excellent negotiating skills and extensive knowledge of real estate. This is money that I would have ended up losing with the other agents, mainly because they didn't seem to care all that much.
