They are elite. You will not regret having them on your side. We had been actively searching for and placing offers on houses for almost 2 years, with little success. Our prior agent is a wonderful person with strong core values. He was honest, trustworthy, and had our best interests at heart. That, however, can only get you so far. Matt shares these same convictions, but with the benefit of having an amazing support staff and industry connections. One cannot overstate the importance of your agent's network. Once we found THE house, Matt put all of his resources to use in order to secure our home. That sounds a great deal simpler than it actually was; home-buying itself is a complicated ordeal, and the bank and seller seemed to be doing everything in their power to deny the sale.
