Ive been here a few times and am satisfied with the service and cleanliness of my car each time. They do a really meticulous job at cleaning and vacuuming my car (even with pet hair) If you come by during the week, they have daily specials and just know that there is a wait even on the weekdays (that's how good they are!) As every other yelpers mentioned, they have a large turtle/koi fish pond from where you drop off your car to the waiting area so you can spend your waiting time turtle watching. There is a mini swamp inside where you go to pay. Turtles, Koi fish, and birds! The smell, not great but for the price and service, it was pretty good! I recently went to Pacific Car Wash for a basic car wash which was about $42.99. I thought it was a reasonable price so I decided to proceed with it. Staff is very nice and made the experience easy going. I do want to state I did go towards closing time and I appreciate them still taking my car in. The reason I am rating it few stars is that they didn't vacuum my whole car like I thought they would. I understand it was close to closing time so maybe they were trying to leave soon. They do a solid wash in a way that I would describe and a hybrid hand-wash / drive-through. The price includes vacuuming and wiping down the interior and an external hand wash. The next level up includes a spray wax (similar to the spray wax in complete drive-thru like at a gas station). For a few dollars more you get external "armor-all" treatment and a few more sawbucks get you the internal treatments I did the Deluxe wash which is now around $41 - sorry I didn't take a picture of the updated prices. I would have done the Ultra which adds the interior & exterior "armor-all" treatment, but I was a bit short of time. The wash was good, as was the vacuum. The whole process took about 20 minutes. They have a fun and interesting waiting area with a long narrow river like pond filled with koi and turtles. They also have a few snacks and drinks for sale. Also available are higher end services like full hand wax, leather treatments, shampoo carpets, engine washing, etc. read more

I came here on a Friday afternoon and the place was packed. I was informed the wait would be about 50mins to get my car washed. I appreciate the heads up and was ok with it, so I went ahead with the wash. The car wash went great, except near the end when a lady came to manually wipe the windows and insides of the car. There were several spots that she missed on the car seats and the console was not properly wiped--there were still fingermarks on it. There were also several spots that she missed on the exterior. When I asked her if she could address those areas, she took a look at me and said they couldn't be removed. I was later able to remove them fine with my fingers, so it was clearly removable... she simply decided not to do it. The only other redeeming quality about this place is that it's affordable. If you're fine with paying a low price for a mediocre job, then come here. read more

We came in when there was no line, matter a fact the car wash is done through time, if I'm paying for the time I guess I can bucket wash. A very interesting car wash! I have never been to a car wash before with so many animals- theyhave a koi pond with koi and turtles. They also have several bird cages, and one bird will say hello only when you leave! A good amount of seating is available inside, and not so much on the outside. I came on a Saturday at around noon, and it was really busy. It took almost 2 hours for my car to get washed. In all fairness, I picked the $40 cash wash which requires the car to go through twice (had snow stains on my car). So, cost wise, your options are $30, $35, $40, and $45. There are no coupons to the best of myknolwedge. But I can tell you that they seem to take their time on the cars, rather than just hurry through it if they see you waiting. read more

Located in the Irvington part of Fremont, the workers do a great job cleaning my cars - inside & out. They are fast too but come early to beat the rush. And while you're there enjoy their indoor fish & fowl sanctuary. You'll be sufficiently impressed. I'm typically there at 9 am because I want to be in & out in a jiffy, but there were times I couldn't get there early so walking over to Starbucks for a cup of tea is a good way to unwind too read more

Nothing happened and after I told them repeatedly that there are hairs from my pet and wanted the service covers seats and floor they said $50 package would cover it. Then they wasted 45 minutes doing nothing except wiping the dash. I paid 200 dollars to do a general cleaning of my car, everything apparently turned out very well, I understand that there are some things that cannot be removed (stains on the seats) but leaving remains in the glove compartments without vacuuming and that can be seen with the naked eye is something That can't be possible! I've been going here for their basic full-service car wash (exterior wash, dusting and vacuuming interior) for years, and my family takes their cars here now also, they do a beautiful job! They do a hand wash at the start and then run it through a rinsing machine and then do a hand dry and detailing. They're super careful and they take the time that they need to get it perfect even if you have bird droppings or leaves on your car or you've been neglecting it a while. They do a great job with the door frames & trunk door frame and don't leave a bunch of dirt or water there. This is just the basic service, they have a lot more fancy services that they offer. Never had a bad experience, I just haven't thought about leaving a review until today. Took my mom today to get her car detailed as a Christmas gift. Got the deluxe wash, which is now $35.95. They did an okay job with washing, but wasn't very thorough. There was still a bit of dirt behind my side mirrors and the windows weren't dried well because it left behind quite a bit of water stains. The interior was cleaned nicely, vacuumed up all the dirt and debris inside and used a very nice and subtle air freshener. I've been entrusting my car to Pacific Car Wash for about three years now and have been quite satisfied with their services. After my usual place stopped offering hand car washes, I searched for an alternate facility and found this place. My car is eight years old and has only been "machine-washed" three times (not by choice). Having a dark paint job, micro-scratches (which are, sadly, inevitable) are more easily visible, but the team does a great job of making the paint look and feel like new. Definitely my go to spot for a carwash for the past couple years. The employees do a detailed clean and work efficiently. The inside of the store has a lot of character and is quite quirky, but I never personally waited inside for my wash to be complete. Always drop my car off and come back in 30mins and my car is sparkling clean for days! FYI I've only purchased their cheapest package on each of my visits. Only complaint is that hours of operation that are listed aren't always accurate. So would recommend swinging by only if your local or call ahead maybe, just in case. read more

I remember this place when it had tons of birds in it. I recently moved back to Fremont and I needed my truck washed so I decided to go towards nostalgia and revisit this place after so long. Everyone was nice. The cash register tenant grabbed me a chair since I am walking with a cane so I can sit at the disabled table. I tipped the gentleman who took my detail order which was the $45 option. The top of the options. He vacuumed my suv thoroughly and got all my rcrumbs and stuff I dropped during the week. Her told me it was about a 45min - 1 hour job. I had no problem with it knowing I chose the top of the line wash option. Now, I know they offer full detail jobs for well over $120. I didn't need that. However, when I got home, my rims were still dirty, windows had gunk on them still, side mirrors were still dirty, passenger windows had gunk on them still and front windshield had major streaks. I also tipped the gentleman who dried and wiped my suv. I am enjoying the Lemon air freshener. Very refreshing. I added photos/videos of the dirt left on my truck. I will not be back. read more

This was the only car wash place I ever went to because they always did a great job. I'm not sure what it was about today and the last time I went before this, but I was pretty disappointed. I just came back from a camping trip so I knew my car needed the wash. I paid for a super wash (Monday special for the price of a deluxe wash). Exterior of the car was great as usual, along with the wheels. But the inside.. definitely wasn't vacuumed as much as it should have been and interior didn't really seem to be wiped especially my car mats!! I could swipe my finger and the dirt would come off, so that told me they weren't even touched. Interior doors were not wiped and neither were the cup holders. I wasn't super bothered by the driver's car mats, but the trunk really did it for me. I didn't noticed the rest of it until I got home..bummer. For paying $35.. wasn't worth it. read more
