I've been here three times now and will definitely keep coming back! It's been SO hard to find a quality car wash that's affordable, and they consistently do a great job. Right off the freeway making it an easy stop. And their hours ... 8-8pm! I was always curious about it and now I love it. A full interior and exterior wash is around $35, they're quick and efficient, and I'm surprised they're not busier--this place feels like a hidden gem. My kids love riding through the wash, and there's plenty of shaded seating while you wait. It's attached to a gas station, brew and bánh mì cafe, so it's an easy one-stop stop. The bathrooms are clean too. They also offer exterior-only washes with free self-serve vacuums. As a mom of three who allows food in the car, this place has been incredibly convenient. If I could put a zero star on this worst car cash place that I have ever been to in my life, I would do so. I made it very clear upon arriving that I need to remove the dead bugs on my bumper and wind shied. I was assured by a lady at the front entrance that they can handle that. After the wash is done, I still see a lot of dead bugs on the bumper and windshield, plus water dripping here and there. I asked one of the workers in the back tolend me a towel to wipe them off myself. I was refused angrily with some foreign language that I don't understand! No one back there spoke any English. I walked to the front entrance again to find the same lady - she was the only person who could speak English. She tried to explained to the boss of the workers but she said they just won't do it and she didn't understand why either. The boss of the workers got very bad attitude, yelling at me aggressively in some foreign language. I called the number on the receipt but it didn't help much either. That person answered the phone spoke some English but he kept saying they won't lend towel to any customer. In my countless number of car wash experience in the past 30 years, there has never been any issue either borrowing a towel to wipe off stuff myself or simply asking car wash worker to wipe off some missing spots. Not sure where these workers came from and how they adopted such bad attitude and rude service format. Simply not acceptable in the US. Not sure if these workers are legal aliens. Scratch marks from broom they use to scrub vehicles instead of actually car wash mitt to scrub vehicles. Selected hand wash but instead got a broom wash that scratched my entire truck! Let them know I selected hand wash and specifically stated my wheels DO NOT fit in there rack and the guy said "ok no worries". And he still guided me into the car wash rack when I could not see where he was guiding me. Highly do not recommend this place if you actually care about your vehicle/ paint. A gentlemen ACTUALLY hand washed my car, prior to driving through the car wash (Car Washed TWICE), then someone escorted my car to a spot where he hand wiped my car to the detail, vacuumed and tire shined my wheels. well first off, I had a colony of ants enter my car last night and I mean THE ENTIRE COLONY. so when i woke and found them, I naturally wanted to go to a car wash to help get them out. this was the closest. unfortunately, i only cared about getting the ants out, not much about how clean my car was, which is good for the car wash because it's not a very good one exteriorly, it was okay. it washed most of the ants off the outside, whatever, I was thankful but my problems weren't over yet. interiorly was where my problems really lied. the interior of my car had thousands of ants. I, like most people, wanted to get the ants out with their nice and dandy vacuums! unfortunately, this place is ADAMANT about only 15 minutes after the car wash, and after the 3rd time in the first 20 minutes of me using the vacuums because I didn't want them having to deal with thousands of ants themselves or risking a shoddy job of them cleaning the inside, choosing instead for me to do it, i just decided to leave because clearly even after spending 19 dollars for a single pass through a car wash, using less than 5 cents of electricity for more than 15 minutes in their "self service" area which was empty the entire time besides me since they just opened is unacceptable. I was even all for getting unlimited pass, so I can go around and around till they were all gone exteriorly. they don't sell that on the week day, so single pass was the only option. not a great experience. read more

It was just okay. I paid $50 for a hand wash because in the past the machines have damaged the paint on my car and have scratched it so instead I thought of going for the hand wash. When I pulled up to make my selection, a gentleman came over and assisted me then told me where to go so they could wash the exterior. After that I went to the area where they vacuumed and dried down the car. In the interior there were a few spots I noticed they missed, like near the cup holder. In the exterior there were also a few spots that were missed along with the more bottom portion of the car. However, I will say the guys working there work really hard and quickly. It wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon which is always a plus and more than one person works on your car so it's quick. 60 dollars hand wash This is by far the worst car wash that I've been to. After I pointed out the spots that they missed, the employees looked at me as if they do not know how to get it clean. I really feel bad for them and try to suggest ways to make it better but got no response. I had to borrow their towels to wipe the rest myself. Please properly train your staff so that they have the skillset to do their job properly. For 60 dollars, you would probably be better off buying a hose and DIY. The employees showed me the nail and while I was trying to call AAA they eventually helped me patch it so I could get home... but this was a huge inconvenience and I'd like to get a refund. My kids and I went to fill the car up with gas and decided to get a carwash. We purchased a basic wash (17.99) and proceeded through the gate to get the carwash done. Once we got inside the carwash it stalled and left us stuck for approx 5 minutes my children were freaking out a little bit but I calmed them down. A few minutes later a man came up to my window and starting tapping on it and yelling you drive out, you drive out! I rolled my window down and asked is this going to damange my car? He just continued yelling DRIVE DRIVE! I finally drove out and the man came up to the passenger side window and told me that I need to drive around and line up again to go through, I told him I could not as I was late for an appointment and just wanted a refund at this time. He started screaming no refund no refund and I said yes, you need to provide a refund if your wash is broken. He started yelling what do you want me to do take the money out of my wallet and give it to you? NO REFUND and he started banging his hands on my car window sill. At this point, my kids were crying and scared (3&5 y.o) and I just drove away and went into the front office. I went into the office to the cashier and asked for a refund and explained what happend and he told me that he cant give em my money back. Just as I was about to leave a man came inside and whispered just give her money back. I have contacted the BBB who have notified me there will be action taken on this. Went here on a Monday Morning, no customers just me. First time going here so I tried the hand wash. The customer relations was ok since the gentleman did assist me where to go and park for the wash. The car wash to sum it up, they missed a lot for a $54 car wash. Half of the roof is still dusty, the tire black didnt even last for han hour, and the interior still has a lot of vacuuming to do specially the trunk. With no customers next, I expected them to take time for the cleaning but still has a lot of work to do with the car. I'll give it a another try next time but definitely nothe $54 hand wash. read more

Chevron station # 0206864, we were getting gas when a car near the shopfront back into our car, we went to see the driver who caused incidents, ask her to show car insurance & ID, she said: "yes i have car insurance..." ends up she didn't gave us any insurance info. nor her drive's licenses. :( thanks to the Chevron cashier lady who came & kept telling us" just to let the women go because she's crazy..." during her interfering, the women got on car drove away. so i went in to the store try to understand bit more about the driver, but the lady cashier was not cooperating any informations and still kept saying the women were crazy...reach the point, i starts wondering if she knows the driver in person? another male cashier-Gerard was there but does the same, won't tell anything about the driver. upset + disappointed the way this Chevron station treating their "none crazy "customers, show "no respect " "no care of their customer's safety and welfare"... i 100% not recommend this business until they show improvement of customer services skills. read more

Stumbled on this car wash on accident. Surprisingly they did a decent job. I got the cheapest wash that cam with inside and outside service. I arrived around eleven am so it seemed I was the first customer so my car only took about twenty minutes at so. A few minutes later a bunch more cars came so they got much busier. I have four not five stars because I feel they could have been a little faster. But overall my car looked good they cleaned and vacuumed everything including my trunk which I wasn't expecting. read more

So I took my car here because at the time of this review, they had 20 five star reviews. I'm starting to think these reviews are fake. When I pulled up there were like five options. 3 for car washes going through the car wash and 2 for hand wash. The guy told me I should do the hand wash option since I had a new car, so I took his advice. I also paid an additional $6 to get my seats wiped. The total came out to $47.95. As you can see from my 1 star review, it was totally not worth it. They didn't even bother wiping down the back seats or the back of the front seats. Completely obvious spots in the back seat were missed. I had to show the guy I paid extra for the seats to be wiped down, and then he went back and wiped it begrudgingly. I checked again after he said he was done after 20 seconds, and still there were obvious areas that were not wiped down. This was nowhere near worth the $47 I paid. This was more like a $13 car wash through an automatic car wash. NEVER will I come back. read more

However the manager came and explained to me what was going on and how long it would take so I can go and grab a cup of coffee in the convenient store while I was waiting. They did a great job! I really like this car wash because there is a seating area to wait until your car is finished. I wish it wasn't as cold as it is cause the shade is always over here. There needs to be an indoor waiting area besides the gas station. That's the only downside but I love how they clean my car. There's a younger guy that sees me all the time and makes sure I remember my loyalty card even tho i lose it every time . Beware if you're not paying over $55 for the car wash, it's not hand washed- it was prewash with some spraying and then through an automated car wash. I immediately regret this not realizing it and my poor car now probably has scratches from all the brushes. And although if you choose "hand wash" they're using a long brush to scrub and didn't seem that thorough. It also looks like their brush may be a little abrasive so unsure if you're getting a good deal for the price you're paying. The one I paid for was $29, basic vacuum and wipe down of interior and car wash from a machine. Did a decent job but tbh it is only $29- what do you really expect??? I know the men here are hard working but the gotta be more attentive to detail esp if you want tip. They work on probably a minimum wage basis so also be polite. You come here because you don't want to wash your car yourself! Definitely agree on speaking up if you see something isn't quite cleaned and they do re-wipe it. I personally wouldn't return only because I feel like I'd get more scratches on my car then getting it cleaned .... The gas station owner is super rude and stand-off ish, doesn't know basic customer service at all. I have been coming to this car wash consistently for about 8 months now. I usually need a deep clean about once a month and this place does a great job. I come first thing in the morning and always get right in. There is lots of seating outside while you wait and they are pretty fast. They do a quality job and I am always happy to drive away in my very clean car. I have two kids and they even vacuumed out their very dirty car seats without me asking. $50 for hand wash, drying via air compressor + towel minimizing swirling/scratches. Seems to work well for ceramic coated paint. Vacuum is thorough, includes wiping down FWD surfaces as well as removing debris/leaves from frunk area. Takes about 30 minutes total. Some tire gel may fling off when you drive but it's a trade-off on speed vs letting the car dry. Can take a quick detailer towel when you get to your destination to wipe off any excess gel/water marks on the paint as needed. read more
