Just finished my first cleaning service with Jackson and am super pleased. He made my 5 year old car look like the day I drove it off the lot! It was very convenient during COVID times but also even if you have to go to work, I'm sure he can come to your work so you can have your car cleaned while you're working. Efficient ! He also offers a monthly service which I will probably do now for both my cars because of the quality service I received. He's super friendly also and has everything needed to do the work even with his own canopy if you're unable to provide a shaded location for him to work. My main issue was stains in my fabric seats (months ago) due to spilled drinks and he was able to get it all out. My car was very dirty because l haven't washed it since the pandemic started and also because of the forest fires which had made it worse by coating my car in a fine layer of ash. There were some minor hiccups which caused delay in starting the car wash but Jackson kept me in loop throughout the time period and didn't leave me hanging. Upon arrival, he took a good look at my car and gave me a time estimate and made sure I understood what was being done today. Afterwards, he gave me a run down of the work that was completed, and let me know that despite what we had initially discussed, one of the services (tree sap removal) required more premium products, but that the cost did not change. Both interior and exterior were cleaned thoroughly and my car was shiny :) The result was way better than the carwashes. He did not clean few parts of the car - but that was because I did not chose the right package. Next time I will choose the right package :) Whatever I paid to Jackson, I paid same to a carwash here for a complete premium wash and the result was 50% of what I got from Jackson.
