Service: Jeremy the owner first lost the screws that went to the lock we brought in. He said he "threw them in the recycle bin" with thousands of other screws and ours weren't standard screws, so....Oh well, too bad for us, we live nearly an hour away, we must come back at another time when he get this situation, we'll, unscrewed up. I call ahead 3 days later and am told it's all done, re-keyed. Arrive and he has rekeyed it exactly the SAME. Wtf did I need a locksmith for? To mess up my isht then cause me two, two hour trips and it's still not done. Jeremy remains unapologetic this ENTIRE TIME. We wait another 10 minutes. I guess it's right...we'll see when the installer goes to put it on. Jeremy has a isht attitude. I asked for a discount for the trouble HE caused. Nope. He remained an AH. Our rental car got a flat between Corvalis and Newport and the car door slammed shut when we got out of the car to inspect the tire.
