Crazy expensive to get prints or digital photos! Holy cow! The photographer seemed rushed and a little frazzled. She had us stand in front of a tree. The sun was right behind the tree so every time the wind blew there was a huge glare. She was standing in the sun and trying to shield her camera. I haven't taken photography since college, but that seemed wrong. There's spots in most of the photos, which can apparently be edited out, so I guess we'll just see if that's true once they send the prints. I wasn't the person that booked this. If I had known that I would have to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars for my family photos at not a very impressive quality, I would have gone with a college student, or even just a stranger passing by. My whole family is trying to choose which photos to get because it is so expensive. So there's pictures of my family out there that we couldn't get and will never get to see again. It's sad. My poor mom has spent hours trying to get everyone to agree on 20-30 photos. Twenty photos are $600, and 30 photos are $780! Especially for the C- quality, a complete and total rip-off! Also, we took a whole group photo and after the edited photos, with watermarks, came back, there's only two photos of the whole group and they have sun spots in them. I saw her click a ton of photos, so the ones not included in the slideshow must have had such bad glares they were unusable. She also had us crouch down super awkwardly and it looks really dumb! read more

I was blown away at how great our photos turned out. We have a 3 and 5 year old and they were running all around and I hoped that they stood still long enough to smile in at least 1 picture.
