We loved the beach. We didn't notice any rain but we are from the PNW.

I really loved the idea of this place. We loved contactless checking in and the location was spectacular. We could walk to the beach. The bummer is the wifi didn't work and I had no cell service, so I couldn't contact anyone, not even the resort itself. The TV wifi worked but I couldn't log into any of the apps because I had zero service. Also, the coffee shop was closed the entire time, likely due to off season but a sign would have helped the sting of disappointment. The town is super low key and friendly. We loved the kitchen and the sound of rain all night as the ocean winds rocked us back and forth. Everyone slept well. It is a nice off the grid experience.

Dirty!!! Showers

Trash was so overflowing could use it Place was dirty and unsafe electrical outlets Camping was horrible, we left and did not stay for second night! NO SPACE!!

However - I suggest booking straight through their site, as I had some issues with Booking - the staff at Beachwood was super kind and helped me navigate those issues and corrected it on their end which was appreciated as well. This place is super cute. It's at Copalis Beach, about 10 minutes from downtown Ocean Shores area, and it's a great option if you're looking to come up for a day or two. Check-in was quick and easy and the woman working the front desk was super sweet. She got us checked-in and on our way with the Wifi password quickly. I was nervous based off of past reviews, but our bungalow was amazing! Such a cute, cozy accommodation. You open the front door into the full living room, off to the left is a kitchenette with a mini fridge and stovetop, as well as ample counter space. Then there's also a full bathroom and a nice sized bedroom as well. And the bed was pretty comfy, even! On top of that there's also a cute patio space as well if you're in the mood to watch the sunset/sunrise. On top of being the perfect spot, it was really clean as well. Felt safe considering being in a pandemic. Highly recommend Beachwood Resorts - also really appreciate that you're able to book one night stays here! I know Quinault is still making you book a minimum of 2 nights so it was great to have this option that worked with our timeline.

The woman who checked us in was super sweet and helpful with information regarding the property…read more The property was a bunch of townhomes with good trail access to the beach and some amenities on property - we were only there for one night so none of which were used, but nice that there was the option to (i.e. pool, kayaks/canoes, fire pit, etc). The townhomes were a bit dated, but had everything we needed for a short stay. A couple of things to note, the bedrooms are on the second floor which requires a climb up a spiral staircase. I always love the idea of a cool, spiral staircase to a loft area and really didn't mind so much, however if you have difficulties with mobility or feel a bit uncomfortable with these, I would steer clear (when I was walking down them with my bag to check out I almost had a bit of a slip up). They were also made of a kind of uncomfortable to walk on barefoot stone, so I often needed to put shoes on to walk up and down. A couple more chairs on the back patio would be nice for a little sitting, hang out area for those with a longer stay (there was only one chair). The property is located in a sleepy beach town, so don't expect a ton to be open late either. The place could definitely use some upgrades, but with that being said, all in all, our stay was pleasant, the price was right, the bed was comfortable, and we got what we needed out of it.

We asked for a hose to hookup to the outside faucet to rinse our dogs off, but no water was available. The third time, July 2026, was worse than ever. The pull-out sofa bed was missing springs, the oven had been on so the unit was hot, the bathroom sink wasn't clean, and there were burns in the carpet even though it was a non-smoking room. Plus, for our 2-day stay, we were given only 1 washcloth for 2 people, and the kitchen sponge looked already used. I think this place is going downhill. Not to mention, the spiral staircase can be hard to navigate during middle-of-the-night bathroom trips. We left before spending our second night.

Normally, I wouldn't spend the money on an "view" room but I got a great off season weekday…read morediscount. I love the view; I love the view & surf sounds from the balcony. The only thing I don't care for is there are no hooks of any sort to hang your clothes on in the whole room. Especially, in the bathroom where personally an under the sink cubbie for the hotel robe doesn't cut it. The only 2 rods to hang things on are the towel rack in with the tub & toilet area, and the closet out in the main room. Very inconvenient. The outer portion of bathroom where the sink is, only has the cubbie. Initially that is filled with towels & bathrobes. The lack of a towel rack near the sink seems to be a growing trend at motels. What's with that? Otherwise, so far I've enjoy the in room Keurig coffee service and I'm impressed by the room's addition of wine glasses to the clear coffee cups & water glasses. The downside is the cups are a small 8 oz and I had to cycle twice for a decent amount of coffee. View great! Not sure the rest is worth it.

We stayed in the cabin room and it had a fireplace and a partial view of the ocean. But the best part was the restaurant. The food, wine and service was amazing! We tried the flight of red wine and found one we really liked so we got a bottle. The menu changes with the season and what we had was so good. I highly recommend a stay here. Next time I'll stay on the top floor of the resort.

Theres a couple restaurants, bakery, shops, and market in town for your convenience. You can even rent bikes, go down to the beach, or go on a walk on the trail. There offer many homes to rent out as well! Our house was had a beach theme and we couldn't be more happy. There were three rooms ( king, queen, and four bunk beds), hot tub, and fire pit! The house was fully furnished for every use. We loved having the option to cool or dine. I love how quiet the neighborhood was. No one bothered us... we bothered no one. It was GREAT. Only downfall was that we showed up to the house with bags of trash that seem to have been forgotten and raccoons got to it. But josh who was on night duty helped us clean it out. He was very nice. Check in and checking out was easy. We didn't have to talk or see no one because a code to the door was provided. Instructions for the home was sent couple days prior to arrival. As much as I love this place I wouldn't be able to stay here as often as we'd like due to the fact that it's very expensive to stay here. So this is a treat if we ever get to do this again. I recommend trying this place out if you haven't already. Even if you just come down for a day trip. It is on the way towards ocean shore so if you can't find anything to do in town you can always head down that way.

We've visited Seabrook six times over the years, but unfortunately this will be our last…read more The main reason we booked this trip was because my daughter's only request was a rental with a hot tub. I specifically used Seabrook's website filters to search for homes that were available on our dates and included a hot tub. When we checked in today, we were surprised to find there wasn't one. I immediately called Guest Services, expecting they would help resolve what appeared to be a booking or website error. Instead, I was essentially blamed for the mistake. I explained exactly how I had searched for the property, but the representative, who identified himself as Tylor, said that without proof there was nothing he could do. I work in marketing and sales, so I understand that websites and booking systems can occasionally have errors. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake--it was the complete lack of effort to make it right. When guests are paying premium prices, customer service should focus on finding a solution, not assigning blame. To make matters worse, Tylor told me there were no other homes available with hot tubs, so moving us wasn't an option. Out of curiosity, I checked Seabrook's website myself while on the phone and found several available homes that listed hot tubs. Whether that was another website error or inaccurate information from Guest Services, I don't know. Either way, it only added to the frustration. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that Tylor was the supervisor. We've always enjoyed Seabrook, but this experience completely changed our perception. Mistakes happen. Great customer service is measured by how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, Seabrook failed us on both the booking experience and the customer service, and they've lost our family's business.
