The expectation is that when you hire someone to work on your house, they would announce their presence, right? Wrong! These men show up and just start putting ladders up on to our roof and climbing up, without knocking, ringing our doorbell, or announcing their presence in anyway. First off, this took me by complete surprise as I work from home in an upstairs bedroom. I am working away when all the sudden a ladder hits the house with extreme force!! Like shook my house!! It made me jump out of my seat! Then it freaked my dog out who is very anxious and began barking. If they had knocked and let me know they were there, I could have put my dog away and I wouldn't have been scared by men suddenly appearing outside my window! We reached out to the company with our frustrations, and Todd Parkes responded and was so rude and passive aggressive, taking no responsibility whatsoever. I actually was not planning on leaving this review until we saw his response!! He sent a picture of our empty driveway (we have a garage by the way) and this was supposed to be proof that no one was home? He said we could have come out and talked to his technicians! I'm sorry?? That is not our responsibility, it is the responsibility of your staff to alert the people in the home of their presence!! Overall, the company's response to this makes me believe they would never take accountability and I would not suggest hiring them whatsoever!! Avoid at all costs.
