I met a representative of Wow Wash 360 at a Portland Oregon home show in January 2026. Nice guy,…read morehe called me the next week to schedule a visit. I had also arranged for quotes from two other companies. One did a zinc product, the other did a softwash similar to what Wow Wash 360 does. They each wanted more than Wow Wash, one would cost twice what WW wanted and with a lesser warranty. There were two concerns for me: there was but a single way to contact WW, a long distance phone number and no email address, and WW did not have a CCB registration in Oregon to verify their insurance and to see if there were any complaints. I was ready to give up trying to find someone to tackle the moss on the roof. He called me back the next week. He told me they had Washington registration. I looked them up and they had good insurance and no official complaints, so we set up the cleaning. The crew of three arrived with the promised time range and called ahead a couple of times, which was reassuring to me (as we were in a winter storm watch so I didn't know if they could do it). As it turns out, the weather was good enough. Took a little over an hour and they were finished. They brushed off the moss, washed it to kill the remaining roots, and cleared the gutters. It was definitely something that needed to be done and the roof shingles were no worse for their work...and now better! Before they left I received a 2-year warranty for the roof to show no molds or mildews. For three years after that cleaning would be pro-rated but not costing more than half what this initial cleaning cost. Not covered at all: Green Mustard Algae. So, glad to pay for the service! Its a little muddy around the house now, but we'll deal with that. My only complaint is that for an Oregon resident without a phone-computer there was a bit of a communications barrier. Other companies did not have that problem. But this rating would be 5 star if I had lived in Washington!

Several other vendors didn't respond, or didn't get me a bid promptly. Dennis was all about good customer service. Compared to going and renting a machine, and taking time away from work to do this myself it was a big savings of my time to have our driveway done. The machine rental alone would have been more than half coolbright's cost and would have added even more time as I drove back and forth to get it and drop it off. Dennis left everything looking great and cleaned up the mess that results from blasting crud off the driveway, too. I checked Coolbright out on the Washington dept of labor and industries website before I hired him and he has his license and more importantly his liability insurance in order, so I knew if something unexpected were to happen, his insurance would be there to pay for it. You should always check on a contractor's insurance. A very positive experience and I'll definitely call Dennis again.

My neighbor has used him twice. Their concrete looks clean. However, both times, he has failed to…read morepay attention to the giant mess he has made on our property. Each time he has left debris all over our driveway. Each time, he has not come over and extended a courtesy of asking us to move a car so he wouldn't cover it in dirt & water. Last time, he didn't at least sweep off our drive. This time I asked him too. However, he had already destroyed the detail on the car. Since this is the second time it's happened - I'm going to leave a reminder here. The car was literally detailed yesterday & now the whole side and top is covered in dirt / debris. I personally would never hire someone who has no regard for liability and neighborly concern. Sorry to have to do this. But, this is why Yelp exists - to see all sides of a business. I am hopeful in the future that the experience will be redeeming. Side-note: I understand that small businesses are struggling during the Covid-19 pandemic and need to survive. I support small business and think that landscapers & business such as these that are outdoors and isolated are fine. However, I don't think "pressure washing" is on the essential business list. So, there's a risk to the business if he gets caught right now.
