At the Self-Storage facility, we had our windows washed by another company. That company came 4 times to try to wash our very large windows and then said our windows were too old to come clean. Our building is only 6 years old, and we had a hard time believing that. We decided to give Clean Choice a try. Luke was very professional, and he got us 3 different options to choose from very quickly. We decided to just go with our windows washed on the exterior and see how it went before getting the whole building cleaned. Saddie and Rhesa showed up right on time the day that we had scheduled and ready to take on this large job. Both of them were such a blessing with their great personalities and confidence in the task at hand. They cheered each other on throughout the job. The windows look so fresh and sparkling clean. Those two girls were so impressive that we defiantly will be referring this awesome team to everyone we know. The initial contact with the company was positive as was the customer service before and after but we had issues with the results. Unlike past window washers, this company uses a scrubbing system that ended up being too harsh with one of our primary picture windows so that there is now moisture in between the panes which impedes our view. It happened on only one window but was an unfortunate occurrence that may now only be solved by replacing the window. If your house has new windows this shouldn't be a problem. I can't comment on the cost of the service compared to others. In the future I'll need to use a company that cleans with a different process. read more
