So we had a smallish remodel project in our garage that involved adding a partition wall, finishing out drywall and painting. The construction part of it was fine in general. When we got to the drywall part, and it was "finished" we had a fairly serious flaw / defect that made the entire project unsatisfactory. Talking with Justin at Puget Services, we was very responsive and just about as upset as we were over the problem. Together, we were able to come up with a solution that did not cost them a whole lot of money to re-do, and fully met our needs and expectations. In the end, the project came out stunning. And just a word about the team. The people that work for this company are the nicest, most professional "handy-men" that I have ever dealt with. So it is great when a company does everything right every time, but when you have an issue, and they can fix it and keep everyone happy, AND get a great review and a repeat customer, that is something great.

What really impressed me was his response during the recent flooding in Skykomish. On his own time, Shane came back out to check on things. He lifted our generator to keep it from being submerged or swept away. While there, he noticed our propane tanks had broken loose and were floating in the floodwater. He went into chest-deep, freezing water to retrieve them and secure them to nearby trees so they wouldn't be lost. That kind of dedication is rare.
