Even just making a phone call was so stressful because their call system sends to other cities every time and never to Fort Worth- such a time waste. We were assigned a new rep. She was very nice to work with in person, but again nailing her down was difficult. Emails would go unanswered for so long for simple questions on getting things ordered. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due. Such a nightmare, it was all paid at time of purchase. Their system is a mess and causes such unnecessary stress. Just avoid them!

When I expressed concern that the grout smell might cause breathing problems while drying, Brian went to the back and mixed up a small batch of the (stain-proof!) grout in a bucket and let me check it out. If there's a minimum spend or desired clientele, then that should be listed on the website. And your consultants should probably not be in the habit of assuming budgets without actually asking.

Every other contractor, many of the high end designers in Southlake area, priced the cabinets for my kitchen remodel between $20k-$40k. The quote I got back from this place was $89k!?!?! Just for kitchen cabinets! The entire remodel was going to be $200k+ whereas I've signed with someone else for half that price. I recommend going to the showroom, get some ideas then get your pricing from someone else. I definitely don't need kitchen cabinets that cost $89k, even if they will last through an atomic war! :)

They didn't have any Earl Grey on display, so she went out of her way to check the back and brought some out for me. I really appreciated that extra effort! We usually visit the Southlake location since it's closer to home, but we'll definitely be back here too. Every Williams-Sonoma visit is a treat, and this one was no exception. Always a pleasure to shop where great products meet genuinely helpful service.
