When I entered the store, I was acknowledged by the person occupying the front desk. She greeted me and asked if there was anything I was looking for. She directed me to the item I requested, and said there was more online. I never heard from her again . I wandered around the store for 45 minutes. I passed by two desks where guys were sitting and nobody even said hello or asked if they could help me! Not impressed whatsoever with the customer service. I would highly advise against working with Ferguson as much as I hate to give a negative review it is an accurate reflection of our experience. Our contractor gave us the name of the rep past clients had worked with (he did not have a strong relationship with he told us that to start) but we decided to try because of the selection they have. We were very early in our project and had not begun demo yet. After literally 6 weeks of calling and emailing and never getting a call back I went in person super frustrated and asked for someone new to work with. Even just making a phone call was so stressful because their call system sends to other cities every time and never to Fort Worth- such a time waste. We were assigned a new rep. She was very nice to work with in person, but again nailing her down was difficult. Emails would go unanswered for so long for simple questions on getting things ordered. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due. Such a nightmare, it was all paid at time of purchase. Their system is a mess and causes such unnecessary stress. Just avoid them! read more

Excellent service. BJ was incredibly knowledgeable on fans and lighting. He was extremely patient and was able to help us make the best choices of products for our home. Also, they have a lot of items in the showroom so you can see what it is that you're ordering. Highly recommend this place. read more

This store is a hidden gem, if you are building or remodeling. Everyone was very helpful and the displays were very nice.

I would rather have a light fixer shoved up my rear then ever step foot in this store again. Walked around for 15 minutes before asking to be helped then took another 5 minutes before a most rude saleswoman comes over to me saying she has to leave and doesn't have more than two minutes to help. It actually got worse from here but I don't want to waste more of my time- I suggest you don't waste your with horrendous service. read more

We were there fir 45 min and could not get anyone to help me. When asked the young girl behind the desk was told she had an appointment in awhile and maybe someone else could help me. Then the front desk lady saw my Fry stand said I can wait approximately 30 to an hour. I responded just needed a price on one light fixture and wax told I need to just make appt. They are happy to promise you the moon, but dealing with them has been infuriating. Spent many thousands with them but returned two items to them for a refund a month ago and now they have a million excuses why they can't return my money. Not to mention the protracted wait times I spend on hold. The last wait time was 40 minutes. Go anywhere else. Life is too short and dealing with them is just not worth it read more

Order Legrand light switches and plates for the lights, twice.. and each time I was assured that they were going to be delivered within a couple of businesses days, and both times I had to call them and ask for the status on the order, and their answer was.. they are not ready yet.. this is 3 weeks later or even a month.. each time.. sales reps won't do their job and follow up with orders, pissed off, considering that I've spent $2,000 worth of light switches.. read more

Do not expect any customer service once you've paid your bill. Believe me, I will not be using them the next time I build or remodel a home. They are sales driven and will not call you back after they've cashed your check. Caveat Emptor with this company. read more

Poor Wolf experience. We bought new appliances as part of a kitchen remodel and wanted Wolf. At our first visit, the salesperson was nothing more than an order taker. She couldn't advise is, or help us to figure out what we needed versus what we were asking for. We ended up going to the Wolf showroom in Dallas ( terrific!) to get a vision and actually select the mix of products that would work for us. Wolf sent to Fergusons a list of products, stock #s, etc. I also called our salesperson and walked through everything to make sure that there wouldn't be any issues. All Fergusons had to do was place the order. Even after having everything spelled out for them, they still managed to order the backsplash in the wrong size and the wrong brand. They promised to check everything at their warehouse before they delivered to our house, but managed to miss this. In addition they told us that we needed to,purchase the red knobs, which turned out to be incorrect. The icing on the cake was for the final,delivery. We had already paid for everything, yet they held the order because a separate plumbing item ( that was defective from another remodel) hadn't been returned to them. I spent hours on the phone to get everything straightened out. To top this off, our salesperson was promoted to floor manager. read more

Ferguson had everything I needed in one place. I hate to shop around and waste time being overwhelmed by endless amounts of products. Ferguson had multiple, quality options that were easy to search through with the help of a sales associate. I described what I wanted and options were picked out for me. I have used Ferguson for many years. I have always been happy with the selection, pricing and customer service. I am thrilled they have lighting now. At my most recent visit, a very nice woman named Stephanie helped me find a discontinued faucet. It was a very small purchase, but the service was still excellent. read more
