He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly! They had sent a guy out to fix it and so I was okay with that I thought maybe that would be the end of it. Then some months later that same machine went out and didn't wash clothes anymore. I had it replaced completely since I still had my 6 month warranty with Jenkins Appliance and so I again thought that would be the end of it. Well about 6 months later after getting the original washer replaced the second washer no longer washes either, the customer service is good, but the washers they sell are not. In about a year two of their washers they sent me have broken down and no longer wash and now with it out of warranty I am left with a broken down washer.

They are big on doing the RIGHT thing for their customers. They take a long-term attitude to doing good business. So, today is the first time I've scheduled them for a delivery. Let's just say there was an account/paperwork 'SNAFU', and when I did not hear from them by ~12:30 I thought I better call, as they close @ 1:00. Glad I did. They had set up another account, and it had an error in the number and e-mail. Bummer. It was close to closing time.... They could have said "sorry about that, we'll call on Monday". But here's the deal. They didn't. Irma worked to recall a driver and Josh stepped up to manage the process. When I let them know that I had scheduled a crew to come out Sunday early to spread the dirt, they jumped into action. The made things happen fast. This is a testament to how they handle service and support. I was a bit disappointed at first, cause the contractor I am using wanted/needed the extra work. In placing my order for a Tricorn black paint with Bill, he was mindful enough to explain what to do. The Tricorn black would be used to repaint the front door of my home, and Bill took the time to explain that it was necessary to paint the interior door sections first due to the thickness & sheen of the paint composition. Bill didn't say much upon picking up the paint during curbside delivery, which was ok. The paint quality turned out to be better than expected after adding the 2nd and 3rd coats. Though its not cheap, the paint itself is not ridiculously expensive either. If you want quality, be expected to pay quality pricing. The same goes for vice versa- that is if you want water colors that are good for either Easter eggs, or Earl Scheib paint jobs on cars. Sherwin-Williams is certainly the former.
