I specifically asked them to check everything and replace the belts. After waiting two weeks, I picked it up, but within the first week of use, the belt popped again. I brought it back, and they kept it for another week and a half, claiming they replaced multiple parts. Yet again, after only a week of use, the belt failed. I returned it a third time and was told it would be ready in three days. When I called, they said the mechanic hadn't even shown up or looked at the mower. At that point, I took it to my regular dealer. They informed me that none of the parts had actually been replaced and that the components on the mower were still used/old parts -- which explains the repeated issues. This was a complete waste of time and money. The work was not done properly, communication was poor, and I cannot trust the service provided. I do not recommend this company and will not be returning.

At least at this location, there aren't a million things cluttering the aisles so badly that you can't even walk through. The staff on the floor is always busy merchandising, but they will stop to help if you ask. The lines can get crazy, but they call in all the cashiers and usually get through the rush in a reasonable amount of time (not during the holidays, when it's naturally a little busier). The cashiers are friendly and efficient and this is one of my favorite place to shop for home decor and other things that I don't need. ;)

Seems with the amount of Saturday business and even the registers being backed up to the furniture section, you can get the stock bins out of the way and to the back staging area. One week later, the replacement arrived and did not fit even though it was the right size. Not the end of the world. However, I was told that they couldn't put not put my old dishwasher back because it was marked as a "Haul Away." So, essentially I paid $2200 to wait two weeks to have Home Depot come remove and disconnect my existing dishwasher and place it in the middle of my kitchen. Home Depot customer service should be studied in business school as a step by step example of what not to do. Save yourself a headache and buy local from competent business owners.
