highly reliable. knowledgeable. gets the job done... and then some…read more just bought a house, and the lawn was torn up for the septic. sprinkler lines were cut. attempted to call the installer and never received a call back. nothing. so, i call the sprinkler guy, and low and behold, he called back that very evening (like he promised). he visited, gave us the low down on what he needed to do- gave us a great price and scheduled us right away. we're still waiting on a call back from installer, and our system is not only fixed - but, rich, the sprinkler guy also walked us through how to use it! he showed us things that we'd never have figured out, and gave us valuable tips on maintenance, and how to get our lawn back on track. on top of all of this good stuff, he's going to close our system at the end of the season for a fraction of the price that the previous owners were paying the original installer. i can't recommend the sprinkler guy enough. just a really good guy, who knows his job very well and has reasonable prices- a dying breed, i'd say. thanks rich! we look forward to seeing you again in the fall! go with this guy. you'll be glad you did.

At my service calls, I was told that I had water pressure issues, or issues with tree roots... but nothing was ever changed or fixed. Earlier this year Conserva was hired to manage the irrigation system of my 600 unit townhome community. They were the lowest cost provider and their schizophrenic performance to date vividly illustrates the concept of false economy. You would think they were charged with managing the Hoover Dam... I wouldn't let them open a fire hydrant within two thousand feet of my home. System knowledge is nowhere to be found as trial and error, Ouija board troubleshooting has yielded burnt grass and a tsunami of absurd excuses. And of course the people who made this decision feign ignorance and point fingers in every direction but their own. One star for their endless stream of professional fecklessness and what has morphed into an amusing farce. I think I'll try a rain dance, some cloud seeding or just take a swan dive off the Hoover Dam. Look out below. Conserva is all wet.

I asked him to use my (brand new parts) (these are the same model, sold by Lowers for less than $15/each - No, we can't use them guarantee them (i.e., don't dare to eat into my profits!!!) I said, "Fine, let's ignore that head and move to the backyard for a more serious issue. At that point, visually annoyed, he said, "No way. You dare to haggle with me, and I will not continue working here," and angrily stormed away. You can be 100% I will erase this contact and never contact this "business" again.
