We went there because we needed an X-ray for my son. He was coughing bad. We walked in and a very nice lady took care of us. They had water and coffee in the waiting room for the patients. I must say... These guys are the genuine article when it comes to urgent care! I was here last Thursday getting an abcess drained, and these guys did not dissapoint, at all! They used all the right materials, followed all the necessary procedures, and made sure that every last drop of pus was extracted, and provided me the antibiotic treatment that was needed almost instantly. Highly Recommend! Recently needed to visit an Urgent Care and this office provided the most exceptional experience as a patient. From the reception to the detail to care and Dr. Zadorian's bedside manner, it was everything you would want in getting treatment when you're not feeling well. My wife broke her foot. We have PPO insurance. They gave us a walking boot. They charged our insurance $575 and they paid $375. So we owe $200. They never offered the cash price of $75 and now will not adjust the bill. This is robbery of the average person and we wonder why health insurance costs so much. My wife came back from Mexico very sick (probably local virus). We decided to go to Urgent Care instead of ER and opted for Elite office in Encino. This was a great experience - from the front office to medical staff and, of course, Dr. Zadorian. He is the Real Doctor and there are few and far between: very knowledgeable, attentive, extremely detail oriented and completely honest with his evaluation and various outcome scenarios. My wife not only got tested and administered an IV on site, but also was thoroughly examined by Dr. Zadorian who happens to be an expert in Ultrasound diagnostics on top of everything else. Along with acquiring the items typical of most family-friendly wishlists, my husband inadvertently chose to share the gift that kept on giving with us this year- the FLU. This exceptionally aggressive viral visitor truly made for a memorable start to our holiday season. Realizing that this uninvited guest had no intention of leaving anytime soon, I booked an immediate escape to Elite Urgent Care- and it was truly the best last minute staycation destination. When my two-year-old decided her Saturday morning must-have accessory would be a high fever, I high-tailed it to EUC, and as she tested positive for the FLU, I was positive this was only the beginning of this viral voyage. Elite Urgent Care saw a lot of our family that week, and although kicking off the holiday season at any urgent care isn't exactly ideal, our experience from first front desk phone call to actual physician assessment was exceptional. In addition to treating my girls- they took the time to examine ME- ensuring I had all the resources and meds necessary to expedite my own recovery, enabling me to multitask caring for my flu-infested offspring. Thanks to Dr. Zadorian and the ENTIRE EUC staff, we're all back to 100% and ready to ring in the new year, flu free. I came here 3 times, once was for my husband. The best urgent care, they have become my new PCP. I trust them. They locate the issue/problem and give you a straight answer. My grandmother even came to them. They have their own X-ray on site, I don't use my insurance card (they never cover anything anyway), I just pay cash. Very reasonably priced for the service that you get. It's very hard to find good doctors; stick to them when you find them. read more

Booked a 9:30 AM appointment online and arrived early at 9:15. The website showed two doctors on site, so I expected basic reliability. At check-in, I confirmed I'd be seeing a doctor. Only after handing over my ID and insurance and preparing to sign paperwork, I was told: "The doctor has a meeting and won't be available until 11:00 AM." That's a 90-minute delay past a scheduled appointment which is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning, I was told they prioritize walk-ins, despite the fact I had a confirmed appointment and there was a walk-in ahead of me. That completely defeats the purpose of having a scheduling system in the first place. Don't offer appointment times your providers can't honor. Patients rely on those times to make real medical decisions. I chose this location because of a mailer advertising professionalism and courteous service for which that claim did not match reality. I left and went to the ER instead. Avoid if your time-or your health-actually matters. read more

I went to this urgent care when I was feeling extremely unwell with body aches, severe throat pain, and a persistent cough that left my chest burning. The staff performed a nasal swab to test for COVID and the flu, and also did a throat swab for strep. However, they only used the rapid tests which are not always the most accurate. I was told my results were negative, but my symptoms continued to worsen. I later went to my primary care doctor and was diagnosed with Flu B. Unfortunately, this visit left me without answers and delayed the care I needed. By the time I was diagnosed with the flu, it was too late to take Tamiflu. read more

I don't often write reviews, but my experience at this office was so good I had to share. I was toward the end of a Shingles outbreak (on my face) and my dermo said that I also had a bacterial infection on my cheek. So she gave me a prescription for an antibiotic on Thursday, which I got filled but didn't take them yet because I'm always hesitant to take antibiotics. I wanted to see if the redness got any worse first. On Sunday the redness was about the same, but I felt like I had to get a second opinion. I really didn't want to wait until Monday or Tuesday to see my regular doctor so I decided to try this Urgent Care office. After a quick and easy check in with the front office, within 5-10 minutes I was taken to a patient room where they checked my blood pressure and body temperature. A few minutes later Dr. Zadorian came into the room with a very friendly bedside manner and proceeded to ask me a lot of questions related to my Shingles outbreak (herpes zoster virus). I was expecting him to just look at my face and tell me whether or not I also had a bacterial infection, maybe write a prescription, and then I'd be on my way. But instead I received a very thorough exam (checked my eyes, ears, throat) and asked many more related questions. I could tell that he wanted to make sure there weren't any other bad things happening with me that could be related to the Shingles. I was IMPRESSED. Quite honestly, it was a better and more thorough examination than I get from my GP. He said that he highly doubted there was a bacterial infection on my cheek, and believed it was just a normal phase of the Shingles heeling process. It turned out he was right! Glad I didn't start the antibiotics, and so glad this office was open on a Sunday. Not a lot of them are. I've been to 4 other Urgent Care offices in the Valley over the past 10 years, but none of them offered the exceptional, highly professional care that I received from Dr. Zadorian. read more

After my dad had a fall, we took him to Elite Urgent Care, I have nothing but praise for the treatment he got. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Throughout the entire appointment, they made him feel at ease and took the time to truly listen to his worries. They made sure he received X-rays to rule out anything more serious and promptly cleansed and carefully treated his wounds. This is the best urgent care in Los Angeles, probably in all of California. In most every urgent care I've been to it's a PA who sees you...well not here. Your appointment is with the MD who is also an owner. It wasn't busy or loud and they were able to take X-rays of my neck. The parking, office, front desk staff, xray tech, literally everyone was really nice and in a great mood which was a relief. I came in for major neck pain and the doctor was attentive, thorough and even showed me my X-rays on the spot to help explain to me what was going on. I was really scared not knowing what was happening to me but after this visit I am feeling super hopeful my issue will resolve itself with the treatment prescribed. When I called to find out why, they said they did not know my insurance was out of network. Well, neither did I and they refused to adjust the charge.
