This is a great, great school. The lessons are intense, while the atmosphere always remains relaxed. It makes for a perfect environment to learn a lot, get a great workout, and consistently have fun at the same time. The instructor's are extremely knowledgable, and provide lots of options and insight. But this isn't some "military style gym" or, "ultimate fighters only" place. Students are encouraged to develop their own goals, if any, and the instructors do a great job of keeping those in mind. Kim and Eric (the owners) are great instructors. This is a great gym to start learning the Muay Thai fundamentals at. A huge bonus to the location is that they have a ring to spar and get familiar with. Its easy to start here as an entry level student (male or female) without barriers. The location is central to White Center with a lot of good food options around (there is an amazing Taco truck around the corner) and Beer Star is kitty corner. Street parking is plentiful. read more
