The owner came over as we requested and the attitude he gave us the minute he walked out of his vehicle was immediate. He kept yelling at us and telling us we didn't know what we were talking about. And, did we see the house and did we know how old the house is and what shape it was in before they painted it. It was really bad. When I confronted him about his attitude he did not apologize he just kept going on & on. When I finally raised my voice, he said so you can raise your voice and I can't!!! (childish). So in the end we just wanted him off our property. Never will I use them again and I am telling anyone I know not to use them. You can not go around treating your customers like that no matter how great your company is. They may be the best painting company in this area, but the attitude the owner showed us was soooo not called for or appreciated!!!!! Customer service: NONE!!!
