Bogner Pools is amazing…read more When we decided to put in a pool I asked my brother who he used for his pool. He used another company and said in hindsight he wish he had gone with bogner. Bogner was 1 of 3 company's I had come out and do a bid for the project. They were easy to communicate with and worked with my schedule. During the design process they most closely got the design we wanted and knew the restrictions of the city code when they came out which kept us from getting some false promises of what could be done (which we got with one of the company's). Once we signed contract everything went just as planned. I was honestly expecting to have some hiccup as it's a large project with lots of different steps relying on another. But the various crews were all phenomenal, on time, polite and easy to communicate with. The staff at the office was always available via phone or email and was prompt in getting questions answered or letting us know of upcoming inspections. The final project is exactly what we envisioned. And I can whole heartedly say we are nothing but satisfied with the Company.

I should have know it was going to get ugly when he told my mother and I the check for the spa didn't clear but it showed that it cleared in my mothers account. So he tried to play the back-and-forth game for a few days but it turned out his account was negative so that's why they held the check funds. He stated when she paid for the tub he would take care of everything to do with getting the spa up and running. He was always telling my mother that he would take care of it but he never took care of anything. that process of going back and forth with him and his empty promises took two months. He delivered the spa in December. no cover no heater. Still telling us he was going to bring the rest of the spa parts and have his sub contractor fix the situation. I ended up having to find my own contractors. Which wouldn't have been a problem if he didn't tell us he was gonna take care of everything in the first place. I got the power and gas ready to go. He brought the heater in late December. He said he would plumb the spa but when he brought the heater to my house he asked when my contractor was going to do it. I had my contractors talk to him to find out what all the spa needed to get going. he told them all that needed to be done and never stated that they needed to hook the heater up to the tub. he told them that he would do that part and he didn't. I had to call my contractors back out to get it hooked up. They got it done. Once again I'm waiting on Lou. He would not respond to my calls to get the spa started up and running. When i finally got ahold of him he would promise to come out but he would be a no show. I finally got him to come out in January 2019 he filled the spa which had been filled with leaves and dirt since he didn't bring the cover when he originally delivered spa he said his people would take care of it. They never did. my mother paid for a color change light. he did not install one. I tried get him on the phone no reply. It is now February 2019. I showed up at his business and would not leave till he came to my house and to install the correct light. He tried to convince me to change it myself. I think not! So he came out and we discovered not only that the light was wrong but there was no filter as well. He stated he would give my mother an extra filter for her troubles. she went to his business the next day to pick up the filters he tried to explain he didn't have any filters and that he had to order them. She told him go ahead and order them I'll wait and all of a sudden he opened a cabinet and magically a bunch of filters appear. It had been a cold winter so I had used the spa only once. I noticed the high jets turn off in 1 minute. I thought I was using it wrong since he never explained how to use anything. Trusty youtube vids helped me figure out how to use the different valves and air. Turns out I was not using the spa wrong and the high jets should not be turning off 1 minutes time. It is now mid March 2019. I showed up to his business. as he was just dodging the phone calls again! I explained to him what was going on. he called the manufacture of the controller for the spa and he explained what needed to be rewired. Lou stated he would be out sometime that week and that he would call me when he was going to come out and rewire the spa correctly. It's now a week and a half into April 2019! Spas cost way too much money to be in this kind of customer service and faulty equipment! update 4/15/19 he told me to have someone at my house so he could fix the problem. my mother took time off to be there to get spa going. now he won't answer his phone. it's been 6 MONTHS and spa has never worked correctly. this guy is a crook.

They are extremely professional, tell you the day before when they're coming, tell you step by step their daily plans, all the team is immaculate with cleaning up after themselves, and have everything done within one day and go step-by-step. They communicate with everything that they are planning to do, and they do exceptional work. They go above and beyond to make sure you are beyond happy! Everyone is extremely professional,communicate clearly, prompt in their timing, and I've had not one problem. not sure how they received all 5 star reviews with the experience i had. christian managed my…read moreproject (building a pool and hardscaping my backyard). this 3 month project ended up taking 7 months. christian was barely ever on-site to oversee his workers. things were rarely done correctly the first time around and a large amount of mistakes were eventually fixed once i pointed them out. 1) the original dig for the pool was not done in the correct area of the backyard and not according to plans 2) tile was placed in incorrect directions around spa which had to be removed and redone 3) trash was left for months on end in my front yard 4) $25K retaining wall originally built to 40 ft instead of 50 ft as it was clearly written in the plans 5) the slope behind my retaining wall was not to code 6) nail heads poking thru and showing thru artificial turf 7) they had to break down a wall to get their cat into the backyard and it took almost the length of the entire project for them to obtain the correct stone vaneer to rebuild the wall to its original state 8) the pool startup included was horrible - the pool should have been brushed daily and chemicals tested frequently and none of this was done by his pool startup guy, Angel 9) water was not flowing smoothly from one of the sheer decents so his workers came out and instead of fixing it, made tons of scratches over the tile. The workers were just very sloppy and did not seem to take pride in any of the work being done. And lastly, the fireplace key to turn on/off the fireplace fell off shortly after the project ended. i contacted christian about this in april and though he kept saying he would send someone out to fix it, it is now june and he does not return phone calls or texts. Though I am happy for the most part with the finished product, it should not have been this much of a headache with these many mistakes for a project that cost over $175,000.
