Pri and his crew did an awesome job on our pebble tec spa! He was on time, fairly priced, up front and patiently explained each part of the process. We had a major spa leak, and tried another pool repair company first... they were terrible, pushy, and never showed up after demolishing the interior of the spa. Pri's Pool redid our pool plaster and tile. He and his crew are awesome! The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. Our pool looks brand new! We took videos of the crew and the process and will post here as soon as we figure it that out. Pictures to follow as well. Our job was a total chip out of the old plaster, replaster and remake of the stairs and the loveseat. The spa is so nice now. We added glass tiles tot the stairs and the tile fellow came up with a very creative use on the spa dam. We had extra quartz added to the plaster and it just sparkles so beautifully. The lighting was replaced with LED color changing lights and really is fun to see at night. Pri was responsive to every call and all the crew cleaned up everyday. Owner Pri is really nice and has been super helpful with showing us how to operate our pool since we were first time pool owners. Prices are average for pool cleaning service. Very helpful in helping me find out what was wrong with our pumping system. The insurance company told us we needed to blow the line, Pri came out and assessed, and advised me that he didnt feel that was the issue and didn't want to have to charge me for something that would not fix the problem. Wow what a professional guy.I had Pri install a gas line for my new pool heater.He arrived the next day as promised and gave me a quote well below other professional quotes I was given by other companies. He said we can start work in 2 days and while his very hard working professional helper Aarons was beginning the digging Pri made a trip to Riverside to get the dreaded red tape of a permit.Turns out he need a copy of original paperwork for pool.So he had to return again the following day.It took a few days for permit to be made and Pri went back to pick up paper at same time requested inspector come as soon as possible.All the days Both Pri and Aarons worked hard to get the job started.Well it is finally finished.And I have to say Pri and Aaron did a fantastic job TRIPLE Checking their work every step of the way.Pri made daily progress trips to my residence to insure everything was progressing properly.I only have nice things to say about Pris pools.If you need pool work done don't hesitate to call Pri at Pris Pools.Pri stands behind his work.He even gave me a rebate form to fill out to get a 300 dollar rebate from the gas company.Pri went above and beyond the call of duty I would not hesitate to reccommend Pris Pool to anyone looking for professional pool service.
