I have done a lot of research on swim spas. I didn't go into the dealer to have them try to convince me but to prove they knew their stuff. Mark the owner of Golden Spa, did not try to sell me but introduced me to his products. His explanation was very detailed and informative, from how the pumps work, filtration, jets, water flow, and the seats. Regarding some concerns, he did not brush it off but carefully listened and worked with us. That told me he did not try just to sell me but wanted us to use it and have a good time. His price is fantastic and unbeatable, and his suggested purchasing accessories was well taken. He followed up with a simple thank you text the next day after we visited him; no other Salesmen did that. He will build our swim spa and deliver it to us in 3 weeks; that is his promise. This is my biggest purchase regret of my life. We purchased a swim spa and hot tub years ago. It was 2021. It was incredibly delayed but that was the least of the problems. The swim spa was made cheaply and parts started falling off immediately. They were not essential though . So we didn't bother with it. We didnt install the smaller hot tub until later because it was going out by the pool. And everything was supposed to come over the summer, but it came in the winter instead. The hot tub however, came with a faulty motor. It took them over a year to get us a new motor and that was only because we posted a review. Finally we get the motor installed. Summer comes. We turn on the spa for the first day last year. The minute the jets are turned on, the pipe bursts and all of the water from the hot tub drained out immediately . The company will not return any of my emails. I have a hot tub that I have never been able to use. We dug into the ground, put drains in, installed a deck around it. It isn't even just the price of the hot tub involved. They make horrible products and will not stand behind them. They were cheaper than everyone else and I learned my lessons. But it was an expensive lessons and I still have a hot tub that won't work and everyone around me doesn't want to work on it, saying they no longer work on them if they weren't purchased through them.
