The next day came, and I called to check on where my parts where. The employee who answered seemed annoyed. I went in after the employee told me they had them to find out they weren't the right ones. I asked him if would come outside to my car so I can point out the parts I needed ( just in case I was calling them by the wrong part). He refused. I was going to ask someone else who worked there, but the other two guys were swearing about another customer. I went to Auto Zone. It was like night and day. I went to recycle oil today brought in five maybe 5 1/2 gallons the guys like we only do five but I'll be nice and I'll take your oil for you, goes in the back dumps them and gives me the containers back like normal. It had the lids on them didn't tell me he hadn't actually tighten the lids he just set them back for me with like a quarter turn on. He let me leave the store without saying a word about the kids. I tossed the containers in the back of my truck and over a half gallon worth of oil leaked into the bed of my truck out of the containers that were not tightened and we're not fully emptied. passive aggressive much you asshat?

I recently bought some truck liner paint from this business. When I sprayed it on, it kept coming…read moreout in lumps rather than an even spray so the product was obviously old or defective. I finally had to wipe it off the truck bed due to the lumpy appearance. I took the product back and asked to exchange it for a different brand and provided the sales slip along with an explanation. The clerk told me since the can was half empty he wouldn't exchange it. We are talking about a $12 can of paint here. I was not out to take advantage of this business, but I know how a truck liner should look after the spray is applied. After some back and forth I finally left the defective can and told the clerk I would go elsewhere to buy the product. In my view this was very poor customer service and this business has lost our patronage forever! Smart business would take the customer at their word and simply agree to exchange the product. Now they have lost any future business over a $12 can of paint.

For more than three and a half years, I have experienced repeated noise disruptions, late‑night disturbances, and targeted behavior around my property. These incidents have had a significant impact on my ability to enjoy my home peacefully and have affected my overall well‑being. Despite raising concerns with the HOA and the city, the situation has continued to escalate. There have been repeated instances of loud vehicle noise from a heavily modified white BMW, large gatherings near my residence, and disruptive activity occurring at various hours--including late at night and early in the morning. These actions have created a hostile and stressful environment around my home. I believe it is important for others to be aware of the behavior I have experienced from individuals connected to this business. Based on these ongoing issues, I personally would not feel comfortable engaging in any business with the owner.
