I called the night before and was told that they'll have the parts ready in the morning. The next day came, and I called to check on where my parts where. The employee who answered seemed annoyed. I went in after the employee told me they had them to find out they weren't the right ones. I asked him if would come outside to my car so I can point out the parts I needed ( just in case I was calling them by the wrong part). He refused. I was going to ask someone else who worked there, but the other two guys were swearing about another customer. I went to Auto Zone. It was like night and day. Will never set foot inside O'Reilly's ever again.

I went to recycle oil today brought in five maybe 5 1/2 gallons the guys like we only do five but I'll be nice and I'll take your oil for you, goes in the back dumps them and gives me the containers back like normal. It had the lids on them didn't tell me he hadn't actually tighten the lids he just set them back for me with like a quarter turn on. He let me leave the store without saying a word about the kids. I tossed the containers in the back of my truck and over a half gallon worth of oil leaked into the bed of my truck out of the containers that were not tightened and we're not fully emptied. passive aggressive much you asshat?

My experience was in May, 2022. The Stihl saw technician in 2022 is incompetent…read more This review is STRICTLY for the Stihl Chainsaw Service Desk and does not apply to the irrigation/plumbing and feed side of the store (which is great). I brought in a relatively new professional level saw MS-261CM to diagnose a problem with the powerhead while I was clearing hazard trees along trails on Thompson Ridge after the Cedar Creek Fire. The saw bogged down and died after running fine for only 3 minutes and I couldn't get it started again. The service tech said he'd hook it up and run diagnostics and report back within 1 week. He had it on his work bench for OVER 2 months. I had left messages 3x asking for a status update. After 10 weeks, he called me and said he couldn't figure out what was wrong. He didn't charge me anything and handed me back my 261 with a shrug. To add insult to injury, he reassembled the saw without the master control switch connecting rod (the part to adjust the choke to run and to stop the motor). Fast forward 2 years and I'm down in the PNW Stihl distribution/service center in Centralia, WA and they run diagnostics and under 1 min later, they tell me what's wrong: you have a bad fuel solenoid. They hand me a complete carburetor assembly and say it's covered under warranty. I install the carb in under 15 minutes and my saw is running fine. So my saw was down the entire summer of 2022 when there was A LOT of post fire clean up for no good reason other than the tech couldn't understand the computer diagnostics to identify the problem. One faulty solenoid that was covered under warranty. I sure hope Cascade Pipe has a new chainsaw tech working there now but I will be driving to Sedro Wooley or Wenatchee for future saw service.
