Nothing good about this company for number of reasons. I called to inquire about fixing my hot tub lights since they weren't working but my Jets were. I was told that they didn't have time to come out, that they were booked up for a couple months. (it's understandable) , either way I gave them my info so they could me know when there was an opening. About a few weeks later I get the call that they can be at my house the following day. I told them to give me an hour heads up since I wasn't expecting the visit and I was scheduled to work. (They needed access to the back yard). So problems with the company started; poor communication. The technicians show up with out notice. Nor called while on site. Only reason why I found out was due to my security system. So I call the office and they said that, since they didn't have access they couldn't come back till a few weeks after. I expressed that I never got a call prior to the visit so they decided to send the crew back the following day. To avoid any problems I gave them my garage code. Once again with the poor communication, the following day I get a call from the technicians saying they don't have access to the hot tub, so I had to give the access code once again. After a few minutes I get a call from the technician saying that my lights don't work( I know! That's the reason why I called). What was even more frustrating is that he said "you sure you want them fixed? You can still use you hot tube with out lights" that's not the point. Yet another problem with this company, not professional or/and poorly trained employees. I wanted to know what it took to get them working. So I asked for a bid, technician stated that his boss was out so I wouldn't receive one for a while. Next thing you know, about a month after I get an email with an invoice. I called to ask about it and the lady who answer the phone didn't know what to say. Never was I told that i had to pay to get a bid. Later that day I get a call from her boss saying that they are charging me is because I didn't go with the bid they gave me. I explained everything that happened and he didn't care. Still charged me, yet another problem with the company, theft. Surprisingly I get the receipt AND the bid in an email after I paid(I didn't have another option) To sum it up. I got charged to be told what I already knew. Problems with the company ; 1. Poor communication 2. Not profesional 3. Poorly trained employees 4. Charging what they want with out approval read more

This is a really pathetic service. We've been using Pool to Spa for a little over a year and we've never had more complaints from renters about it being dirty or cold. If THEY are the ones who mess up , they charge 100.00 to come back out and correct the situation. Last Wednesday was the hot tub cleaning day , and our renters came in that night and said the hot tub was cold and the the controls were blacked out . Our tub is only a year old! Why didn't they let us know this before our renters came ? They are very slow at getting back to us . and just don't seem to care. The only bad reviews we've had on our place in the last year had to do with the hot tub- I've even had to refund renters a night's stay because of it. And they are more expensive than others as well. Please do not use them if you have a rental unless you want undependable, expensive , inconsistent service and mad renters . read more

My elderly mother, age 91, asked them to come and open her pool. I won't go into all of the issues, but I will say they did things that were not needed (including an attempt to fix an electrical issue, for which my mother had to hire an electrician). The bill to open her pool was nearly $1300. After some discussion with my other family members, the bill was reduced, but still came to over $800! If you are going to have this company do any work for you, please get an estimate in writing for the work to be done, otherwise I suggest shopping around. We know what it takes to open a pool, as my parents did it themselves for many years, and it shouldn't take $800 for chemicals (the pool was not green....we looked) and labor to open it up. We even discovered, while trying to find out what she paid the year before, when her bill was around $468 to open her pool, that they had charged her to put water in the pool! Shame on Pool to Spa for taking advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income! read more

Pool to Spa has been taking care of my mother's hot tub for the past several years and we can't say enough good things about them! Bryan always emails me when they have completed their excellent maintenance during the late spring/summer/early fall. Mom is in her late 80's and they always make a point to give her a short chat before leaving. They keep you up on supplies needed and when it's time to put the hot tub away for the winter they are quick to schedule when we call. We couldn't ask for better services both on site and when we call. read more

Poor communication. They kept telling me one Thing and then doing another. When they finally came out they were in too big of a hurry to do a good job. I complained and was offered 50% credit on my bill. I said I don't want a credit I want you to finish the job. They eventually came back and charged me another 650 bucks amd still no hot tub. 2000 dollars literally down the drain read more

They are reliable and knowledgeable about their business. Some of the employees have been there at least as long as I've been doing business with them, so they really get to know your equipment. read more
