I've been working on handling my dad's account for quite some time now, and all three of my visits have gone smoothly. Each visit helped me better understand the process, and although the wait can be long for walk-ins, I'm grateful to have been able to get everything taken care of efficiently. When you arrive, security assists you with either the mobile check-in or entering your SSN into their system. After receiving your ticket number, you simply wait to be called. There's also a screen displaying the numbers currently being assisted. Restrooms are conveniently located nearby, and the air conditioning keeps the waiting area comfortable. I've walked in twice - the first wait was about 30 minutes, and the second was 1 hr and 40 mins. The one time I made an appointment, I was shocked when they called my number right on time! :) From my experience, those needing answers to general questions or assistance with small stuff may be helped sooner than visitors requiring account changes. Yesterday, I went to update the bank account number for direct deposit and was told I needed to go back in line since I was a walk-in. Thankfully, I was still helped as soon as a space cleared between appointment times. This was the long wait lol Overall, this is the office I'd return to whenever I need assistance with Social Security matters. Parking is plentiful, and I truly appreciate the staff's willingness to help. They seem to understand that dealing with Social Security can sometimes be stressful, and their professionalism makes the experience so much easier.

The school administration keeps parents up to date on security concerns, academic state milestones, misses attendances, I mean everything. You're contacted either phone or email. They also utilize communications with parent using teacher's conferences every couple of months. Every quarter there's an award ceremony and in between, the school holds plays and band concerts for students, parents, and guest. After school hours, there is a boys girls club on campus and a couple of after school athletics clubs. Plenty of parking and overflow parking near Campbell high school for after school activities. Remember heavy traffic flow during morning school drop off with the High school next door. Overall five stars. Teachers want their students to succeed just as much as the parents. Don't forget to thank a school educator, encourage your kids everyday, and drive with aloha. M

Shucks. I didn't note my stall number nor get a ticket for my dashboard. They were quick to ticket my car. I will write a letter to appeal the ticket. Anyway, the building interior was clean. I followed signs to the correct office. There was no line. (I expected a line on a Monday morning.) The security guard asked me to take a number and have a seat since I wanted to turn in forms (for my aunty) in person and not drop them off. I was helped quickly, and the worker was efficient, professional, and pleasant! She photocopied the documents. There was a convenient pen at the window. Thank you!

Thank goodness for clear signs... I found Courtroom 1A without needing to ask anyone. The bailiff was sitting outside the Courtroom. He asked for my name, but couldn't find it on the docket. Yikes. I was almost sure that I had the right day, place, and time... He wrote my name in... next to "Registered Owner of ___(license plate number)___". Whew... We went in, took a seat, and waited for the Judge to arrive. He started exactly at 9am. I liked his local accent. For example, he said, "When you're pau, don't leave right away. Wait for your paperwork." LOL! I was called forward first... I was asked to state my name. I showed my placard and received my paperwork. I was done very quickly! Thank you!

I've gone through two divorces now because I'm obviously a great judge of character like that, and my dealings back in 2016/2017 were nothing but helpful at this courthouse, and mostly were like that still until this clerk ended up being the one I dealt with the past two times. She started noting what I needed to correct in the document, then brought up a child support document that I already knew about and didn't want to file, nor is it mandatory, because I have the Guidelines Worksheet already done, and yes, I am trying to keep child support out of the equation as much as possible because as a child of divorce myself, I know it gives parents the wrong motivations to have overnights with the kids. I just want to move on with my life, and am fine to keep supporting the kids financially myself, but apparently this clerk somehow has authority over what I file, so she tore her notes off, told me that if I wouldn't do things her way, she wouldn't help me, and handed the document back. Apparently this lady has been a menace for customers since at least 2018, so I'm guessing she has tenure or connections, or something. So Kapolei, you have an amazing courthouse with very helpful staff, but this lady is the wart on your otherwise beautiful face and reputation. Please get rid of her, or at least transfer her to a position out of customer service. She's absolutely atrocious with people. If not for her, I would have given 5 stars.

I feel like Waipahu Civic Center has a smooth comfortable, and extremely safe site to handle people throughout the day. They also provide Flu Shots and TB testing as well. Temperature check's were done prior to check-in, short application to be completed, waiting area has seats socially distanced. When your number is called, you sit with a nurse who administers the shot, then another waiting area as you are held for 15 minutes should a patient have allergic reactions needing medical attention. You'll need a staffs assistance if you need to use the restroom as all the men's and woman's restrooms are locked. While all cities, states and counties everywhere are experiencing a shortage of vaccine, it's best to make your appointment once you have the opportunity. Ridiculous to find a long line that snaked out into the stairwell. This long line is for everyone with an appointment and not. This was changed from having 2 separate lines and the genius power to be decided to change to 1 line! An employee with a clipboard would come out to check everyone for their purpose of being in line. Because I had an appointment made with their online Aloha Q, he pulled me out, looked at my application and gave me a number. I then proceeded to the waiting area at 10:44am and, finally, was seen around 11:10am! Although, I brought my birth certificate, 2 proof of residency, eye check certificate from my optometrist so I don't have to get my eyes checked with their icky eyes check machine and current driver license, I was told unless I had changed my address or name, I only needed my current driver license, money to pay the fee and my eyes checked certificate! Oh, if you're already a registered voter, you do not need to re register by completing the application that's attached to the renewal driver license application! What! Grrrrr... Both the employee who took my application, current driver license and the employee who my fingerprints and photo were knowledgeable. pleasant and friendly. They lose your packages…read more I took 2 priority envelopes that I paid an upgraded fee for certified on Thursday from one post office. It was send to distribution center and back to the servicing branch which is Ewa Beach. Tracking says it was out for delivery the next day. It didn't end up being delivered and said it should be the next day. No further update. So I go to the post office and Ryan was helpful trying to look everywhere for the two envelopes. Even said she would give them back to me. She checked with her Lead Josh who I hear saying that delivery times are not guaranteed. One job here. Get mail delivered on time. I get issues with weather but we are on an island, and how do both envelopes have the exact same thing happen to them? Just needed my legal documents to get there when the expected date that was stamped on the certified ticket that was given to me. I could have taken to FedEx and had no issue, probably even paid less than I did. Such a waste of my time and money. No I just have to wait until they find them, if they do.
