This place is the best because of the cheesy garlic bread! This is also a pizza that my kids ask for and love-so that's always a good sign you're doing something right. After being customers for many years, I was unable to process my payment on the stores website and instead called my order in. (The website payment portion kept saying CAPTCHA not verified, but there was no captcha for me to verify.) The customer service rep wouldn't give us the online 3-topping special price because "that's only for people who order online" and "something must be going on with our website". The company would rather lose patrons than allow the use of an online coupon that can't be used online due to their website malfunctioning. Oh well. I'll get pizza somewhere else. The owner contacted me and let me know they weren't going to honor the coupon the store offers, even though the website was not working properly to receive a discount. Went to this place for years.. knowing it was the best.. my LAST order I asked for a little crispier crust for my bulldog.. my frikin pizza was BURNT! We had to place a Togo order as they were not letting in customers in at this current location and time due to covid 19. Apon arrival we were lucky there was a few parking spaces open the building is pushed a little back away from the main street. Please keep your eyes out for it. If your not using GPS you can drive by and miss it. The sign is also not visible. The pizza parlor is next to a public laundry center so please be careful driving in look for pedestrian and little kids or animals. It was my first time at this location but from my interaction with the gentleman who greeted us at the door promptly was very nice and responsive respectful I say thank you. For the restaurant it self I can't speak because we were outside to pick up so no seating no bathroom reviews. Food quality was perfect super tasty hot. sauce was on point also the dough was good. Pepperoni was light crisp wich i enjoyed. The cuts into the pizza was great not stuck. I would recommend this location by tower district of Fresno Ca. I would have like to give it more stars but I would have needed to be inside to have the full experience. Love this place BUT- today was the worst experience I've had here. Initially my review was going to be about the owner or manager yelling at his staff upon my arrival. I almost thought it was an angry customer made his way inside the place but then he stopped for a second to say "someone will be right with you", then proceeded to yell and no one was "right with me" so then I rang the bell- owner went to leave then realized I hadn't been helped so he went back inside to yell some more. I've ordered from this location many times over the years, but tonight has ruined it for me. Since COVID started, they're wings got smaller, but I actually like them better without all of the fat because that's what they were made of mostly before all of this. However, tonight one wing looked like it had been eaten and then cooked again leaving nothing but wing bone and some skin (no meat). Then the next wing had what looked like a piece of plastic glove cooked onto to or something. I pulled it off of the wing and it was rubbery but broke apart fairly easily which makes me think maybe it was stuck on the wing when it got cooked. Even the cheesy garlic bread sticks have some pieces that are doughy in the middle and some that are half the normal size. Such a waste of money because none of has an appetite anymore. read more

I was staying in town for a concert at a hotel downtown and saw this was one of the few places that would deliver to where I was staying. I ordered through Yelp and ordered a pepperoni, sausage, and Canadian bacon pizza. The approximate deliver time was about an hour and I got the pizza in about 45 minutes, so that definitely was a good sign! I had the pizza delivered to the lobby of the hotel and the handoff was really smooth and super simple. My only complaint was that I left in the note for the order to provide paper plates, napkins, and utensils, but I was not provided any of that. This was not the driver's fault, but that of the restaurant. I ended up going to the hotel bar and they provided me with what I needed. Anyway, when I got the pizza, the pizza was still hot and it was surprisingly tasty! I really liked the sausage! The pizza was full of meat and cheese and was delicious! I would gladly order from here again if I'm staying in town! My order was processed quickly and was delivered promptly. Despite the small hiccup mentioned previously, I would get pizza from here again. It was moderately priced and tasty!! Recommended! read more

The quality has severely gone down in the last few months. I'm not sure what changed but delivery and pickup, something has completely changed that's effected the pizza. I was recently disappointed in their customer service. When I called for delivery, I asked them if they had change for a $100. The girl who took my order said, yes, no problem. when my pizza came, I let the delivery guy know I only had a $100 and he said it was okay. He only gave me back $82 on a $12.82 order. he asked if that was okay because he didn't have the rest of the change. I was pissed because I asked, TWICE, if they had change and they said yes. so now this delivery guy has a tip of about $8. All in all, the pizza is great, the price is great but they have to really work on who they hire, more honest people that really care about customer service. This was my favorite pizzeria in Fresno, after a friend gave me a slice of his mushroom, pineapple, and jalapeño pizza with barbecue sauce. That sounds so wrong, but it tasted so good!!! Well time for an update with Pacifica pizza. Been ordering pizza for the family for some time now and after a bad two months I won't be returning. Just recently the customer service was horrible on a walk in order over the phone. To be quick and clear Pacifica. Make sure when you give your customers a pick up window time it's at least near the time frame. I waited an hour standing inside the parlor. I already had paid so made it worse.
