They close early everyday I have yet to be able to ever order from them. They close at 11 on weekends so I tried to order a pizza at 9:05 and got a no. Ordered the bulldog special without red onion. Said it would be 45 minutes for delivery but they showed quick, within 30 minutes. Pizza is always hot and delicious, and delivery never lags. Love their cheesy breadsticks but with a lite cook since they tend to get pretty crispy. So my wife sends me to go pick up our order and we happen to get the family meal deal and we ordered an extra topping on our pizza which we paid for but they didn't put the topping on the pizza they put it on the side and said they aren't allowed to put it on there since we got the meal deal which makes no sense when they charged us for it never told us over the phone when they were taking the order after looking at my order having to call back and talk to the manger and than for Them to tell me to bring the pizza back and swap it out didn't even receive an apology as soon as I got there they swapped it out and I asked for the manger name they said they are not allowed to give me their names! Ordered a pizza tonight at 8:45 and felt like I was being discouraged from ordering it as they said it would take an hour and 15 minutes. Now I'm worried because I could hear the disappointment in the voice of the guy that took my order when he realized I was going to be willing to wait. I believe they are open until 10 and I always order pizza from here and am used to it taking 45 minutes but thought I could be patient. The delivery drivers are always pleasant. I ordered a heart attack special with extra toppings on the side, and purchased two other pizzas. I spent 50 dollars for pizza. Come to find out they put no meat on the heart attack just the toppings i requested additionally. After describing this to the employee Ezekiel for about 45 minutes he stated he would write my name down. 2 months later I decide im going to purchase pizza and claim what was promised. Ezekiel replied that I was only able to get the pizza within a week of the purchase which I was not told. Stated he would have the owner contact me. Basically they dont care about the customer. Last night I decided I wanted to try a Pacifica Pizza because according to my boyfriend they are better than others. Usually I just make my own. The guy on the phone said it would be an hour for 2 medium pizza's - I wanted a thin crust vegetarian and my boyfriend ordered the thin crust Bulldog special. We got both in half an hour, it cost $37 plus tip. I thought that was the quickest pizza I had ever gotten. MAN....was I disappointed to the extreme. Both were large pizza's, both were overcooked and though we had specifically asked for extra's - we got none. Instead of their chequered box, we got plain white boxes without logo's so you can't know where they originated from. I bit the bullet and had a slice. No.....not going to even look at the rest of the pizza. The bin is going to have the rest. My boyfriend was upset and said he will not get pizza there again. Well, first off we were told 50 mins tops and it took atleast an hour and 20 mins just fornus to get our food and it be wrong.. ordered a chery Pepsi and got a Dr.pepper, ordered hot wings and got some nasty bbq ones, asked for onions and no mushrooms on my combo.. was not that way.
