Our delivery date was supposed to be October 31, 2022, but there was a delay in the delivery, and the postponement was until November 2022... with things being around the holidays, we understood the situation, but were needing our home to be delivered before Thanksgiving that same month. Needless to say, Jasmin was wonderful in getting us our home before the holiday, and we were so very much appreciative of that! Our home arrived mid November, allbeit some issues were there, and the gentlemen that delivered our home were courteous and helpful in fixing the minor issues we had; they actually went above and beyond for us that day, especially being already so far from home. Although through transit, our w/d stackables and the refrigerator had fallen over, needed to be replaced, which only happened to be the stackable w/d units, and Jasmin was kind enough to have another set delivered at no cost to us, we were well pleased! Some dents had accured on a wall, and our sink, but not enough to make a difference at the time... We were ecstatic with our new place, we couldn't contain ourselves! It was truly a blessing! Upon starting our new tiny home venture, we noticed a leak in the backside of the house, from the under flooring. We called PTH and told them the situation, and when delivering the stackable w/d units, they also took care of the leak, which happened to be inside the wall, but they quickly found the issue, corrected it, and it has been fine ever since... there have been other issues that we've noticed, but not enough to cause any major concerns. Sorry for this long post, but we LOVE our home, and all the communication with the staff at PTH's, until recently. We had asked for a new estimate quote for a longer home in Jan 2025, which we recieved in quick order, and was pleased with what Josh was offering us at the time. Unfortunately, things had taken a took a turn, and we couldn't move forward with a new purchase at that time. I know they do their best on an estimate, and time is money, and they can't keep throwing these out on every whim someone has to just not follow through on. Now, for over about the last several months, up until this past couple days, we've asked for another estimate on their new floor the "X" model, with a downstairs bedroom, as we're aging, and climbing stairs will become harder, and stooping down in the loft will become more difficult. Twice over 2025, I emailed, and called PTH homes for another estimate, but of course this time, for the X model. Over the 2 phone calls, we were told they would send one out, as we are returning satisfied customers, but to no avail... no estimate, email or phone call was received or returned... we thought they are very busy, so don't swamp them with calls and emails, they'll get back to us when they can... they never did. Online, just last week, I requested ANOTHER estimate via their website, which states they'll get back to you within 48 hours... 5 days later (Tuesday), no outreach... I called PTH's earlier this week, spoke to their salesperson, and asked if they had received confirmation of our newest (#3) request, which I was asked if someone had not reached out to us, which I stated no, (hence calling them direct), upon which I was told he would start a new estimate with me that day (Wed/Thur Jan 20/21), and would have the estimate to my (repeated back) email later that day... I have been checking my email for these past several days now, and no response at all. I know he's busy, but based on the past year, we're beginning to wonder if they have an issue with us? We only ask for consideration to recieve an estimate (knowing it can still take time), or an email or call with any questions on the estimate, or apology for the delay, but nothing... This truly breaks our heart as we LOVE PTH's and the home we have, and would love to upgrade our LAST home, to a single level for our retirement, but to yet, no avail... we have spread their name to EVERYONE who asks about our home since its purchase and arrival, and the great relationship we thought we had with Pacifica. If there are any issues or reasons they have chosen NOT to work with us, a simple acknowledgement of that fact, would be appreciate to hear. As I said earlier, time is money, and they can't keep throwing out estimates on every whim, but just the courtesy to keep us informed is all were asking. We still ask Blessings on PTH's, for they were able to provide a home we were never otherwise able to get, BUT, through God's grace, they came through for us, which is the chosen name of our tiny, "Grace". I couldn't be happier with Pacifica. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They walked me through every step and helped me when I had issues with getting a loan, Insurnace, and parking. They delivered the home themselves and set it all up. They were also fixing things that shifted during the drive to Texas before I could even point it out. I had a great experience with the fabulous ladies and gents at Pacifica Tiny homes! Just got it delivered fall 2024. Communication was spot on, payment process was safe, selection of colors and materials was easy as well. Delivery was wonderful. I felt like a little kid marveling at the quality of the workmanship, the cool shower, the awesome washer/dryer unit, fabulous kitchen! We wish to forewarn prospective buyers on the shoddy construction and cheap building materials. The owner is not willing to make reparations, repairs, or acknowledge poor quality workmanship. When confronted with this list and report by a licensed Home Inspector. the manufacturer, Pacifica Tiny Homes, wanted to compensate us $1,700.00 and wanted us to sign a waiver to void warranty, including a non-disparagement clause. This tiny home that we paid $150,000 for has been lived in for less than 6 months.. New bath tub obvious holes, dents, scratches, and varnish drops. All due to being uncovered when work was being performed. It had to be professionally refinished. After 2 months the laminate floor was cracking and separating in four spots. The cause was a thicker foam placed under the laminate, which already has a padding attached . We replaced the laminate to the cost of $1000.00 and our labor. The combo washer/dryer was shacking extremely hard and installed on uneven floor. The vent was not in the correct place and was bent and inoperable. The bathroom plumbing was not connected properly and was leaking, The wall had to be opened and the pipes extended, There was warping of the exterior siding on 2 spots where the nails are not in the studs. Ground fault not up to code. Exposed wiring under trailer. Kitchen outlets not up to code (not GFI). Gas Stove has no vent to outside. Electric panels in bathroom. Not up to electrical code. read more

I can't imagine having any other company besides Pacifica Tiny Homes execute on build quality along with the white glove service that Josh, Crystal, Jasmine and team provided from just a concept on paper to our final build even after delivery. First off, one of the things I love and is unique to Pacifica Tiny homes is they are a family run business that has strong ethics and actively strives towards tiny house community building. As one example of commitment to increase better community, Josh and Crystal were advocating at City Council Meetings in Pacifica and other cities like San Jose to push for more legalization of tiny homes on one's property to avoid lengthy process like building an ADU. For the build out and customization process I had many custom requests including custom stair caps, lighting, baseboards, flooring, electrical setup for the tv, and even having custom wall paper and wall sconce. The team was more than gracious in accommodating the requests as well as providing their design input on what would work best for the space. Jasmine was our go-to person during the build out process and she was amazing keeping us updated and entertained :D through Facebook live videos throughout the process. The finished product was better than I had envisioned and is a true testament to their attention to detail and perfection. For questions and availability they are working non stop and always seemed to be available when we needed them which is so rare these days. A few examples: I had a question about one of the alert monitors in the house on what the meter was telling me, Crystal beamed up the shop right away and got a picture of the instruction booklet to help me troubleshoot. Josh has helped me numerous times with plumbing questions and fixing a few items. Really every team member is super knowledgeable and ready to help. To sum everything up Pacifica Tiny Homes is the perfect builder for your future tiny home, they checked my many many boxes. PTH was a dream come true! It's a huge risk to decide to get a tiny home, but not with them. I researched dozens of companies across the US prior to finding them, and it was a no brainer to continue with them. Their work is affordable yet STUNNING compared to other companies, and after having my home for 9 months I haven't had any problems. Their customer service is second to none; A few weeks ago, My tankless water heater was giving me a maintenance signal, so I texted Josh (the owner) if he had any tips as I went to grab the manual to trouble shoot. He immediately responded and FaceTimed me to show me ways to fix it and after 5 minutes, my water heater was working perfectly! (Needed to let some air out of my new propane tank I had just attached) He could have just not responded or told me to look in the manual and that would've been fine, but he went the extra mile and took time out of his day to ensure I had hot water... You can't find that at any other company. It's hard to say what I love more, their customer service or my beautiful tiny home?! read more

I purchased my tiny home 6/20 It finally arrived 2/21. The day didnt start out very good due to the sheet metal was scratched all over. Over time various issues came about. My french doors are peeling off the black paint. My deck is chipping and needs to be resanded and screws filled and the deck sealed. For $94k they could of sealed the deck. Now heres a good one. The bottom lining to the tiny house is plastic sheeting. Squirrels have ripped holes allover and pulling down insulation. We have a new tiny home that arrived here his is lined in a sheet of metal. Oh no not mine PLASTIC. Again I'm heading out to crawl under the tiny home to seal another hole in the plastic. Theres other issues but I'm burnt out over this company. Dont pay your final payment without YOUR inspection. There Quality Control sinks. read more

I waited a year to write this review so that I could say with confidence that Pacifica Tiny Homes are amazing to work with through the entire operation! The expertise they brought to the production was invaluable. They have created a process that makes customization easy and fun. They were professional, respected our time, and were incredibly cool under pressure. As I researched options for building a small home for over a year, I looked at all levels of DIY projects. From building our own SIP (Structural insulated panels) structure or modifying a shipping container to having a brand new manufactured home delivered. I met with a number of tiny house builders and decided on a tiny house on a trailer. When we met with Pacifica Tiny Homes we knew we found the right one. We wanted a turn key experience that was customized to fit our style and needs. Pacifica Tiny Homes were easy to talk to, reasonably priced, and had already built many beautiful homes. When I had a question, they were quick to reply to me even months after we got our house. The experience from inception to delivery was a dream come true. We had to put our house on land down a steep country road covered in trees. They took the time to scout the location and insure the house would be delivered safely. We are so happy we bought a tiny house from Pacifica Tiny Homes. We started out considering whether to buy a shed, whether to buy from other companies, or convert an existing workshop into a sleeping space. We decided we didn't have the time or skills to build it ourselves. We researched ADUs for the county where the unit would be (Sonoma County) , but the ADU process is much longer and much more expensive, and would also increase property tax fees, and we ultimately had to abandon that idea. Then we came across Pacifica Tiny Houses. We initially liked the styles and sizes of units that were possible, the customization options (some options but not so many that it felt overwhelming), and the workmanship evident in the photos online. We drove down to Pacifica to tour the model home there, and we loved even more. I spoke to two other customers who said the process was streamlined and the homes themselves was excellent. We then did extensive research to decide how to handle the county regulations on mobile units (Sonoma County does not officially allow people to live in mobile units or RVs as a residence, with a few exceptions, although thousands of people do live in RVs all over Sonoma County unofficially). We ultimately decided not to involve the county in the process, and moved forward with the tiny home anyway. Josh and Crystal and Jazmin (the home designer) have been easy to communicate with through the whole process. The entire process, from putting down the deposit, to home delivery day, took about 9 months. We had a lot of fun choosing the custom options for the house, such as a catwalk to connect the two lofts (the kids love to crawl across it), cedar ceiling, butcher block countertop, and a beautiful turquoise paint for the front door, a French door. We bought our own custom couch from a custom sofa shop in Concord (Custom Sofas 4 U) in order to get a couch big enough for 4 people. We fit a queen bed and a metal frame in the lower bedroom. The kids sleep in the loft. The house has such excellent craftsmanship, nicer than my real house. ;) It allows us to stay with my parents and have enough space to stay for a few days, have our own space, and a place to retreat to. We love our Pacifica tiny home so much and are grateful we found them. read more

I loved the Bay Cottage model I saw and decided to move forward with a purchase. The whole process was very easy with a lot of flexibility for customization and Crystal and Josh were very communicative throughout. When it came time for delivery, their professionalism and willingness to work with my specific site and circumstances were outstanding. Circling back to leave a well deserved review of their WARRANTY! The integrity that Josh and everyone at PTH has in their work is uncomparable to others, you can rest easy knowing they have your back if anything goes wrong with your tiny home! I had a problem with my bathroom, and they were here the next day assessing the problem. Turns out the problem was my fault haha but nonetheless the they were still so kind and offered their assistance with anything else I needed fixed in my tiny home, which was nothing since it's so well built in the first place! They asked if I've had any problems with it so far, and I couldnt even think of one (besides my hiccup that I caused in my bathroom, but again that was my doing that they still fixed). They kept me updated along the way, throughout our build, answered all of our questions and put us at ease when we had worries. when we had an extremely unfortunate situation come up, crystal was there for us. My wife was actually in an awful car accident and because of this we had to change our plans. Crystal went out of her way to comfort us and was so understanding during this time. We had a wonderful experience getting our tiny home from Pacifica and strongly recommend them. We spoke to a few different tiny home builders and were impressed with Pacifica's many customization options and affordability. Unlike some of the other builders we considered, Pacifica's different models and fixture/color choices meant that our tiny home fits perfectly in our space and with our style. The hardest part of the process (aside from debating light fixtures and paint colors with my husband, who BTW is color-blind but still has strong opinions about paint), was the anticipation waiting for the tiny home to arrive. Given the supply chain issues our initial delivery date was pushed back, but that wasn't an issue for us and we were impressed and grateful that Pacifica didn't raise our price given how much the cost of lumber went up! On delivery day, their team stuck around for 3+ hours after the tiny home was in place, doing touch-up painting, cleaning, stabilizing, and really making sure everything was good to go. It's been amazing having the extra space with everything perfectly done and ready to go - unlike our old 1940s house, everything in the tiny house is shiny and new - no projects or headaches! read more
