I cannot say enough about how professional, and educated these movers were today! A complete God send! After hiring some movers on Facebook that never showed up, and others on Thumbtack that did not know what they were doing and left.... I finally found these guys! They were on time, and out of all the quotes I received, they were also the cheapest! Other companies, also wanted full payment up front, which I was concerned about. They took care of the fridge with plastic and blankets, had to take my door off and put it back on safely, and installed it properly. My cheeks hurt from laughing so much, during the process, as well. They felt like family! read more

I'm giving this company a 3 star review because of Minerva, the wife who took my order and gave me advice regarding my move. The assistance she gave me was top notch. As for the move, they showed up 45 minutes late, and I was their first appointment. I had to call them to see when they were going to come, nobody contacted me until after I called them. After I called them then Daniel sent me a message saying he would be there soon. Daniel is an an older man and the other worker is his son. They are both very nice people, however, not very fast. I don't have very much stuff. It was a one bedroom house that I've only lived in for one year, so I don't have too much to move. Mostly boxes from the garage, but they never got to the garage. After three hours of them loading their truck, I stopped them and said let's just deliver this because I did not want to pay anymore. The move cost me $800, and now I am paying somebody else $200 to finish the move up. This is my third move in a few years. When this same stuff was packed up one year ago to move to this house, they took two hours to pack everything I have. I stopped this company at three hours, and they were 2/3 done. In a nutshell, these people are very nice and provide good customer service. However, they are not prompt and they are not fast. That $130 an hour adds up quickly. read more

Super professional movers, based out of Cedar Park. I've hired lots of movers all over the country and I was impressed by Daniel and Kevin's professionalism, timeliness, and pleasant demeanor. Their rates were very reasonable (they prefer to be paid by cash or venmo/zelle to avoid a 4% surcharge), are rated A+ from BBB, and are fully insured. While this may not be the most plush move (for example - I don't think they offer packing services) they handle your possessions with care, disassemble and reassemble furniture for the move, and are responsive. I communicated with them via phone to set up the move, email for details surrounding the move, and text the day of the move. Location is worth noting if you live in South Austin or one of the locations outside of Cedar Park for which they charge a fuel surcharge. read more

Great people! Great service! We called Minerva and Daniel to help us with our move during the pandemic in April 2020 and were so impressed--such an excellent team. When we bought a new home in Summer 2024, we didn't think twice about who we'd call since they were such pros. Minerva coordinated our move and Daniel, Kevin and their team arrived on time and moved quickly and carefully. We were so worried about moving our huge (beloved) TV, but they handled it without a hitch and not a scratch on that baby! They were truly friendly and personable and took care of our belongings. They set up our furniture exactly as we asked and all with a smile. The price was totally reasonable and they didn't waste time or dilly-dally..they started moving and didn't stop until it was done! I was in a bind and needed a couple super heavy items moved out of the POD we had in our driveway within a 2 day period so I wouldn't have to pay another month for the POD. After calling a half dozen other other companies, they all said they wouldn't do it, couldn't do it in time, or they needed special equipment that I'd need to rent for them to use. But luckily for me, Daniel and his crew were a total life saver and scheduled an appointment the next day (today). They actually showed up 1.5 hours early (after confirming the updated time with me by text) and then very quickly and carefully completed the job. Daniel and his team were awesome! Did a local move from Liberty Hill to Cedar Park. I contacted Daniel and he was very quick to reply and I set up a date and time. I switched the times due to scheduling conflicts but he was always flexible and willing to work around my schedule. The guys showed up and they had masks on and gloves due to the pandemic and were fast. They moved about 1 bedroom apartment worth of stuff in about 1.5 hours. I've been meaning to write this review for several weeks now and I've never been happier to write a review than I am now. Several weeks ago, my partner and I were ready to move into our first home together. We had taken the time to move everything out of our apartment except for the furniture for several weeks prior to moving. On the afternoon of the move, we were stood up by the movers that we had booked weeks prior. They didn't answer our calls, didn't answer our texts. Nothing. So there we were at 5pm on a Saturday scrambling to find a solution to what had become an absolute nightmare. Thank God for Daniel and company. They agreed to do one last move before going home to rest after already working the whole day, I can only assume. They were so fast, efficient, friendly.... Wow! This is an amazing family-owned moving company. Reasonable rates, yet they give kid-glove service to everything you own. You will find they treat your items as if they were their own personal heirlooms. And I'm not kidding! ...... It sounds impossible, but it's true. .... The team of 3 got our one bedroom apartment (3rd floor, no elevator, 100 degrees!) moved to our new house in under 2.5 hours. These guys were amazing! I was so worried about using movers because everything is personal but they didn't disappoint. It was the hottest day of the year and they never stopped or complained. At one point I made them take a break and drink water. Daniel oversaw the entire process and made sure the trucks were packed properly.
