I called this place for help and got a total blow off, while the delivery driver himself lazily didn't even knock on my door, just wrote a sticker and tagged my door. He was there and gone so fast that I couldn't have made it to the door even if he would have. This place offered no customer service and the woman on the other end of the phone tried to proceed to talk over me while I was trying to get them to contact the distribution center and may contact the driver. Oh no she wanted to talk over me and tell me how much of a dead beat she is by saying she has nothing to do with it. For this service, you pay for every door direct, the carriers pick up the cards that are along their route and put them in every door. They refused to accept my order that was prepaid even though they've done the same thing for me for months with the same size. The post master I assume, some older lady out of uniform was nasty and unaccommodating. It's like she was on a power trip and felt pleasure in ruining someone's day due to a small difference in size requirements. It doesn't change anything for the carrier. I lost $500 because they suddenly changed their minds and said I have to have a business account to send the size of postcard I printed.

I made an attempt to make my own packing solutions to cheapen up the price a bit and I was haggled the whole way. Now I just feel manipulated into paying. I highly doubt I'll ever go to the Vermillion UPS ever again and I will probably have a twitch in my eye any time I see the UPS logo on a storefront. The bottom line is that either the prices are way too high or this lady coerced me. Either way, I'm not pleased with the price or the customer service. 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option.

For the last 4 packages (that I'm aware of), they've either been late, damaged, broken or even all three. I bought two PS4s (one of which I had to return because the console was damaged and the other one came with 10 shattered game cases, both packages were late.) The third package came, yet again, about 4-5 days later than expected, even though those expectations were longer already because of covid. Funnily enough, I even recorded me opening the package because I wrongfully expected the items to be damaged. Lastly, I just received my 4th package today, which surprisingly got here 2-3 days earlier than I had anticipated, however the package was - you guessed it - broken. 2 stars would be too much, however the only positive experience I've had was the two times I've been inside and the staff were super friendly. Drivers, please be more cautious of packages. Even though the items mean nothing to you, we (the customers) are often disappointed, sad or frustrated when we received shattered item(s).

Now I'm overcharged monthly, and nickel and dimed for every additional action. First I was being charged for blank pages in a scan. Then scans became snapped phone pics...not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows who has pics of your personal info on their phone! And then there's the packing. In the notes I asked for 4 pieces of mail to be sent to the same address. No one read the notes and sent me 4 items in 3 mailings...ALL AT $16 A POP! One I was charged a packaging fee for, and it simply had a new shipping label slapped over the old one. Another piece got lost in shipping. Mind you, I choose a trackable shipping method (Usually Fedex Ground) all the time! Neither Anytime Mailbox nor Postal Annex refunded the shipping. FedEx admitted they lost it, but I didn't pay FedEx. The annex erased the assigned tracking number from the action, and customer service sounded like a 5-year old trying to understand what the problem is!! There are a handful of other mail forwarding services in Sioux Falls, and another handful in the rest of the state. DO NOT waste your time with this one...and risk your identity getting stolen!!

My daughter needed to get a costume for a dance performance and it was not suppose to arrive until the day of the competition which was out of town. I talked to Suzanne at the NSC Post Office, she tracked the package called me back and came in at 6am the next morning to grab it off the truck so we could pick it up and get to my daughter's dance competition on time!
