She printed it out for me and gave me excellent advice on what to do while I was waiting to get the duplicate titled mailed to me. Her excellent service continued when I was finally able to return with all the needed documents in hand, plus the cash payment. For all PennDOT transactions, it's cash only. She even lent me a screwdriver to put my PA plate on the car immediately. As Notary Now Plus is a one-person operation, you may need to wait. There is a small waiting area, with no TV or Muzak blaring. Soft drinks are available at a reasonable price; she also stocks envelopes of various sizes, which is a thoughtful touch and again, very reasonably priced. Barbara's very professional and also empathetic. I was actually looking forward to my second trip, to complete the transaction. Compared to other estimates I received for the service, her fee is very reasonable, and her exceptional customer service adds even more value.
