There was only one person who had entered after me with a package. I agreed to wait until he helped the person who came in after me since he seemed so frazzled. I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store.

I came back with the label printed, and then she said I needed a box that didn't have the product on it, even though it was the original box the item came in. I ended up spending $20 on a new box, and then she charged me $1 just to tape it. The second time I went in was also for a return. This time I came prepared with a plain box and a printed label, and they told me the box "wasn't sturdy enough" for them to ship. What does that even mean? A box is a box. I ended up going to a different UPS store, and they shipped it with no issues.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered two barrels for my personal items and goods to be shipped to Nairobi, Kenya in April 2019 and it is mid September and I still have not received the two barrels which were supposed to take three months to arrive. Six months and still nothing and it is almost time for me to return home to the USA.  The people operating this business have been useless. I have contacted them on several occasions and all I'm told is that the shipments are on the way or there was some other issue. No one can give me a direct answer as to what happened so at this point it seems the items may have been stolen and Tom and Evans do not want to be held responsible. For the amount of my goods lost and the cost of these shipments they will pay up hefty in court after we hire an attorney.

I reached out to the original company who did the work and explained what we wanted to revise, and the previous company basically just gave me a quote to replace a bunch of our existing uprights to complete this revision (instead of trying to find some other solution for a previous customer of theirs). I then reached out to a few more companies and came across AK material handling. I sent an email to Matt and he replied right away. I explained our situation and instead of just telling me no that wont work he took time to get me in contact with a reputable company closer to our location whom can do this type of custom work. Although the sale is not going through AK, just the fact that Matt took the time to respond quickly as well as providing some a solution was greatly appreciated. It was raining the items were in cardboard boxes, and my delivery instructions ask to deliver to my Front Door under the eve. He left them at the garage door exposed to the rain on the wet sidewalk (his own photo shows that). I spoke to him through my Ring advising him of his delivery 100% recorded. I asked why he is throwing my packages to the ground, why he is leaving them in the rain to get soaked and ruin the contents, and not following my delivery instructions as I am a member of FedEx app- asking for delivery specifics. He told me to go ahead report him and laughed as he walked away. I advised him to move my package's out of the rain onto the front step.
