I had created brochures for my new business and had them printed at Staples. When I first walked in I was greeted by Heather a very friendly young woman and a fantastic graphic artist. Even though I could barely describe what I wanted she patiently chatted with me and took all of my information, telling me that she would get back to me with a design within the next couple of days. Well, on the third day I emailed her and she apologized for the delay, (she explained what happened and it was understandable), I was impressed that she took responsibility so I had no problem with the delay best of all she had a design to me within the hour! The design was so crisp and clear; it was fantastic and it was exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable. I received my brochures today and was blown away by the attention to detail, the colors, the everything. I am so excited! What I really loved about doing business with this small company was that the owner, Sue, kept in contact with me every step of the way. From invoicing to emails to phone calls she didn't leave me hanging; what a refreshing change from ordering my prints online, after you pay the online companies they send you a confirmation and then nothing until you get your items. Service was very rushed and rude. I arrived at 8:59AM for my notary appointment at 9:00AM. There was only one person who had entered after me with a package. I agreed to wait until he helped the person who came in after me since he seemed so frazzled. I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store.
