Service was very rushed and rude. I arrived at 8:59AM for my notary appointment at 9:00AM. The guy working at the counter appeared frustrated with me for simply showing up to my appointment and said I would have to wait because he can only do so much when he's the only person scheduled and his colleague didn't show up until later in the morning (that's a management problem, not a customer problem). There was only one person who had entered after me with a package. I agreed to wait until he helped the person who came in after me since he seemed so frazzled. I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location. read more

Many years ago I got a UPS box for business because I was working out of my home and didn't need customers to know where I lived. Since that time, it has become very important for receiving packages because there's too many porch pirates out in the community. So all of my packages go to this UPS store. All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store. read more

I showed up on time (actually early) for a scheduled appointment to have a document notarized. The notary was not there. The woman working the counter wasn't very pleasant about it either. So I would recommend going elsewhere for your notary needs. read more

I was sent here by my employer to get fingerprinted for a background check. I didn't know they offer that service! However you do need an appointment for it which they neglected to mention and this is I guess a busy time of the year. UPS said you can make an appointment online and then serve your appointment right away however there were too many people today to make that work. read more

I order a lot of stuff online, but don't want my packages sitting on my front doorstep all day while I'm at work. So, many years ago I set up a box at this UPS Store where they would receive my DVDs, movie posters, books, etc. Management has changed over the years, but everyone is so friendly and helpful. As someone who works with the public, I've heard this UPS crew interact with a wide variety of customers, and they are always professional and respectful. Usually my place to go if I need to fax something. A little bit busier so maybe waiting a few minutes before getting helped and a minute or two after per confirmation of the fax. It's usually fast and friendly, in and out process. Thanks! read more

Great work for my poster, re-designed and nice quality work.

I am not one to write poor reviews and usually take others with a grain of salt but I had a very poor experience at this location. I was instructed to use this location for fingerprinting purposes for the department of human services. After looking at the information provided by the department of human services it showed that this was a walk in, no apt needed facility. Upon my arrival they tried to turn my away stating that I needed an apt and were very rude to me about wanting to get it done today. I explained that I took off of work to get to the facility to have this done and they said I could try and wait, which I did. While I was waiting I watched 5 people come in and do exactly what I did but the gentleman behind the counter wouldn't let them wait, nor would he let them make an apt for the next day. On top of this, while I was waiting to get fingerprinted the young lady didn't ask for identification from A SINGLE PERSON! People were getting fingerprinted without showing who they were!!!!! read more

I went to this store a few times and had no problems. But one day I went in ask for envelopes and I package three different envelopes with about 12 pictures in each one. I went to the register to pay for them and it was a white red head girl I've never seen there before that rung me up.. she asked you just need stamps I said yes. She went and weighed up the pictures in the envelopes for me and came back with a price. I paid with my card she gave me a receipt and I was on my way.. 2 weeks passed my Fiancé says he still didn't receive pictures.. He made complaints to the jail.. I called and threatened to press charges against the jail for withholding his mail. It was a process where we would complain to the jail daily. Until a week later I received the mail back saying it wasn't properly stamped and needed more stamps to be sent.. I was soooooooo furious because it sat at the post office for over 3 weeks because this young lady DID NOT put the correct amount of stamps on the envelopes. When I received them back I seen she only put one stamp? Why would she let me pay for something and charge me just to put one stamp on a 12 pictures envelope even I kno it deserved at least 3 stamps.. I said I was gonna go up there and go off. But I decided this would be better that way someone can judge this place from my experience. Make sure before you walk out the door to see them stamp and place your item in the pick up box. read more

I have been using this store for many years. The staff have been very helpful. If you have heavy packages, they offer to help you with them between the store and your car. They provide a variety of mailing services and they can notarize for you. My experience at this store have been pleasant and efficient. read more
