This world is full of dishonest people and this little act shows that there are still honest and kind people in this world. I appreciate everything there and have never had a bad experience. I also could care less about a discount being a first responder and prior military. I never ask for one. If it's given it's given. They post signs everywhere when they do the discounts and one should know that when they are there. Also thanks to all the teachers because they to are heroes and in my 30 years of fire, ems, law enforcement and military they deal with day to day drama as much as we do. I felt pressured into buying items that did not fit correctly. I later spoke with manager Alexis M, and she was wonderful. She listened, handled my exchange professionally, and showed genuine care and kindness. She completely turned the experience around. I truly appreciate Alexis M's professionalism. However, I do not wish to work with the other employee again due to how pushy and dismissive she was.

My experience at Killeen Victoria's Secret today was unacceptable, bottom line. TLDR: Disorganized merchandise, a complete lack of my bra size in store, like empty drawers. And insufficient help from the 4-5 employees I saw while shopping. My favorite T-shirt bra broke, so I stopped at the Killeen Mall VS in search of the most basic of bras, a flesh tone and a black T-shirt bra. Several days ago, I stopped in looking for a strapless, and I had reasonable help from one employee, so I expected nothing less in returning today. I started in the PINK section, where I only saw push-ups, so I meandered to the VS side where I located a non-push-up Body by Victoria bra closer to what I was looking for. I had difficulty finding my size. After locating 3 to try, finding someone to give me a fitting room was the subsequent struggle. (The same struggle it was for the woman standing there before me while I was browsing.) In a second lap of the PINK side, I did find another bra I used to own in a drawer under the sale boxes; with no way of knowing they were there, I just lucked into finding it. This time, an employee did check in, but I was already feeling frustrated and discouraged by the lack of products in my size and desired colors. When I asked about the BBVS bra in another color, she ushered me to that side and said someone there would help me. There was no hand-off and I spotted no one, so I continued searching on my own. Another stop at the fitting rooms, with the same wait to be let in, and I decided to use the bell to ask for the next band size up in 2 different bras. I was given one correct bra in another color. NBD, I'm trying for size anyway, but the second bra was completely different from the original one I handed the employee, so I didn't waste my time trying it on. I went back out to search for the bra I asked for. After digging through several more drawers along the wall, I found the bra in the drawers of the table behind me. Back to the fitting room. I was done and went to the main counter to ask questions and check out, but no one was operating the desk. I wondered about the desk by PINK but remembered someone being redirected for check out while I was still shopping. I stood there for 5-6 minutes, looking towards the front of the store for any employee with no luck. Another customer joined me in line. After a minute, she walked away and got in line to check out at the PINK counter that was actually in operation. Although I was ready to walk out, I joined in line behind her. After all, I had questions and didn't want to pay shipping on something I should have been able to walk in and buy! What should have been a 30-minute shop at most took me more than an hour before I got to check out. I was irritated and discouraged, but I didn't take it out on anyone who did help me. I'm still not certain I won't have to return what I bought, though, and that's even more disappointing.

Apparently, they can scan and sell shoes, but they can't scan a receipt and make an exchange for the right size shoe. Obvious lie. They said their computer terminal was down so they couldn't scan the receipt to make the return, yet the customers in front were able to get their bulky shoes scanned and leave the store. Yeah, a defected computer terminal, my foot. The attitude was unnecessary, especially since the store wasn't even half-full. I guess they can handle crowds rioting over Air Jordans, but one customer with a receipt for return seems to be a trial and tribulation of gigantic proportions. That or they didn't want to do their jobs. In any case, a lack of customer service skills is enough to keep us away.
