I went today and was greeted by the glare of "Semiyah" or something like that and could not feel any less welcome. Everything was going fine, I just came in to get a couple of their new luxury sprays because I had heard they smelled good. It was all mediocre till "Fran" was getting my stuff into bags and looked me up and down with a judgmental look, finished everything up, and I heard her say "finally" as I walked away. There are very few kindhearted employees there but the others are so rude and condescending. The bad reviews here are very deserved. read more

Really great customer service during their semi annual sale! They checked in on me multiple times. One lady even told me there's a coupon valid only today in my email! Another showed me the wall flowers on sale and told me how I can still get the email discount even though I didn't get it. And the guy who checked me out gave me no trouble by me not having the email. I would totally come back. Plus they had a good selection! read more

Went in to exchange and item and first thing they said was "oh great another one". Is that any way to great customers! Then because it was a gift my gift receipt apparently does not count as a receipt so I have to do a no receipt return. I asked what is the point of a gift receipt then. They whole experience was awful. Very rude and sneaky place. read more

The last time I walked into this Killeen Mall store employees were all wearing blm shirts. Really? You would offend over half your clientele with a political statement? Used to spend quite a bit here purchasing gifts throughout the year. I haven't been back, and I won't. Businesses should be neutral politically. This is a nice Bath & Body works store, it looks like the rest of the ones I've been too. I love their semi-annual sale they have in January & again in the summer time. The staff are usually friendly & helpful. read more

I love the store and the people who work there. They are very friendly and helpful. They greet you when you walk in the door and ask what are you looking for and offer to help. immediately. Basically in a nutshell, I ordered soaps at the end of November and found out today that the package never reached the carrier. Why couldn't they have told me this previously? I'm very pissed cause i've been told different things by several people. Now I talked with a lady on chat today and during the middle of our talking we got cut off and she took it upon herself to think she knew what i wanted and put the order through. She ordered me 3 twisted peppermints which I didn't want. I originally had 16 items on my first order and now I have 11. She told me there were some that weren't available. (2 in fact plus Santas Sleigh soap holder). I get called by a man this time and he said that the lady has already done it and put the replacement order through and he doesn't want to touch it. Well that's fine and dandy except she screwed it up and now I"m getting charged for 16 items and only receiving 11? Bath and Body works you have to fix this and you have to get it together please!! I'm very dissappointed and very angry right now that I'm having so much trouble reaching you too. Poor customer service. read more

I came here today and felt very Uncomfortable,I was walking by and saw the display of candles. and their was this Saleswoman, so she started too tell me about the deals, I was kinda in a rush. because I had to be somewhere She asked me for my bags and was thinking they normally don't do that I guess this Lady thought I had came there too steal..I ended up buying some things but the nerve of her too think that I have to steal anything..the other ladies where really nice too me.BUT she came off as rude and the only reason why she asked me too come back was too check what was in my bags because she wanted too look through them too see if I was stealing I don't know that's the way it came off Maybe I am looking too deep into it!I walked all throughout this mall and Not one store asked me to hold my bags. I don't know Maybe the store may be too small and they don't want you too knock things of the display I don't know!! read more
