They were also used improperly. Last month got a new garage door because it was close to falling off the wall. It had to be completely reframed because the original was not put in correctly and the door fell off the tracks. We were just lucky it didn't fall on one of our vehicles. Still haven't resolved the hot water cutting out in the guest bathroom. There are a million cracks in the stucco because they used the cheapest they could. Of course, the builder warranty was expired even though it's only been 5 years. This kind of crap shouldn't be happening already. Also, be sure to measure your vehicles because trucks DO NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE and the covenants do not allow carports. Two vehicle doesn't mean any vehicle. That was a hard lesson that I consider deceptive trade. I would run in the opposite direction if I ever saw a home had been built by Winton. NEVER AGAIN!

I had to hire an attorney early on in the building process to help me. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
